What a truly masterful collection from Daniel Roseberry ❣ One after another, i couldn't keep my eyes off the screen. This viewing might have been better in person, but the all-dark creations didn't show well with the subtle lighting. They needed to have their own special illumination, like maybe several spot lights, maybe 3 ? so the dark outfits could saunter zig zag to them ... stop, strike a pose, turn and slink back into shadow to the next light oasis. This was such an extraordinary art performance that i am so happy to have experienced...loved it 💖
Why does all says same that dior collections is not same haute couture as before why does everyone prefer Schiaparelli disgusting shapes and same colors I personally only like few of them from whole collection Dior was great show with minimalist ancient style perfect evening dresses that’s why Maria grazia is Dior designer and you aren’t because everyone says same thing
@@Netflixmoviesfull Daniel Rosebury creates interesting shapes and designs, Dior does not (nowdays). These HC dresses go for a lot of money, let me ask you: would you buy a 20 000 dollars Schiaparelli dress or a 20 000 dollars Dior dress? Based on the last couple of years collections, you could go to your local seamstresses and make them sew most of the Dior dresses for a lot less money, I can not say the same about Schiaparelli dresses. Dior is wearable for sure, but the artistry and craft behind it is lacking. Though I would not say no to a John Galliano Dior dress.
@@Netflixmoviesfulldis - dis - disgusting shapes ? Fashion is a DREAM ! Not something you just wear to ride your body and think it’s ok ! Christian Dior invented the most famous silhouette in the fashion history and so much iconic gowns but look at now ! Fashion is IT ! Revolutionary! Influence! Fantasy ! A DREAM and not a sheet dress with tank top and flat sandals in a Haute Couture show like they are doing in the legendary Haus of Dior arghhh!
Wow, incredible. I continue seeing comments due to the “low lighting,” but I think that was an amazing choice to see the clothing based in low light. It allowed the blacks and gold and amber colors to shine through completely and for the viewer to understand the kind of setting these looks will most likely be immersed in. The low light not only allowed the viewer to see what kind of environment this collection belongs in, but also has a mysterious tinge to it because it allowed the viewer to have curiosity as to what beauty, the pieces are not displaying in the dark.
I'm a big admirer of DR's work at Schiaparelli - he only gets better with each collection and manages to refine the Schiaparelli look each time - unfortunately the dark lack of light in this presentation was a real shame - so many exquisite details lost to those of us watching the video!
Because it is slightly derivative of the past & isn't a modernist concept in frayed, deconstructed taupe, but a flirtatious fantasy, detractors will no doubt condemn. But the collection possesses everything lacking elsewhere, a revitalised romance showcasing precious skills & artistry infused with love. A superb achievement to be rightly celebrated in a cold, dull & detached world right now. Encore!
Wow! Finally an Haute Couture show with imagination and innovation! Wish it hadn't been quite so dark but other than that it was really wonderful! Especially loved the long red dress with the plunging neckline and those unusual pleatings at the bottom - I'm sure there's a more technical term for what they're called - that moved so beautifully! Also the dress with the enormous golden bow across the bottom! So many wonderful textures! A very exciting show!
Fantastic, very theatrical, this is how a fashion show should look like. Every creation was a piece of art and the dream like presentation with the music, the lighting and the sets was flawless.
Wonderful pieces! Amazing. Couture with capital C. And I reeeeally love that the models don’t rush through the catwalk and the video realisation is not changing all the time, so we can see the show as if we were seated there. LOVE IT!
Truly appreciated the models actually modeling -- stopping to pose, turning, making eye contact with the audience -- rather than the conveyor-belt presentation of most shows these days. The clothes came alive, and the models LOOKED alive! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The tailoring, the fabrics & colour choice are exquisite/superbs . Impossible to fault the collection as a "Haute Couture " representation. Small criticisme: the lighting was to dark.
Daniel and Schiaparelli realllly not disappointing in recent seasons. that opening with Awar is incredible in tone, detail and beauty. what an excellent model. I loved the casting with top new models like Karolina, Angelina, Mona, Rejoice, Victoria Fawole, Lulu, Hejia, and Bibi as well as an ode to inspired models with Caroline Trentini right after Awar, as well as Iselin, Malgosia, Karlie, Lina and Karolin Wolters (who is a current favorite, why she didnt find success earlier in her career I dont know!). really beautiful couture as well (the lighting gives a haunting and romantic feeling but not helpful for details)
Daniel clothes is too pretty for this dim lighting. We cannot see stitching, embroidery, fabric, accessories... But i do like the unorthodox stage approach. We all know these clothes are gorgeous. 💁🏾♂️
I can't see shit! So it seems the attendees of the show. Especially the black outfits deserved better lighting. The silhouettes morphed into the dark background. Also visual information on the materiality gets almost completely blocked out by the lighting. Some of the dresses have a 3/4 length which isn't a very commercial lengths since barely someone (who isn't a giant) looks good in that length. What could have been a very 1940ies inspired collection ended up being watered down and undeceive. It lacks a direction and editing since other eras are thrown in seemingly randomly. It would have helped to have a red thread (like Birds, Archetype of women or color code) to unify (some) of the looks. If the idea was to take the Schiaparelli woman on a journey through different eras, the idea wasn't reflecting in the work of Hair and Makeup! Lost opportunity! 08 out of 10!
I felt seasick watching this. Lighting ... dim. The way the models 'walked' ... (was that carpet)? Awkward in so many ways ... The clothes .. CLEARLY fabulous! But .. I couldn't see them .. clearly. Just sayin' ... 😞

Schiaparelli a vraiment compris la définition de Haute Couture comme d’habitude
Amen! 🙏🏻
Vrai
not this poubelle display
The first dress was so beautiful it made me cry
Seriously ❤️❤️❤️
Phenomenal!!! Have watched this over and over and continue to be blown away. Schiaparelli is art and fashion. Good for the soul in these times. ❤
I watched the Dior "couture" show before this one...talk about coming from the rediculous to the sublime. With the exception of the lighting!
😂 that Dior show looks out of Pinterest.... this is different though

We all came here to gasp, smile and dream after that nightmare disaster 😂

Best HC collection and presentation in years. Bravo. We needed it

Rosenberry is not the originator of trompe l’oeil . But my oh my , he truly does Elsa proud with this collection. This is Haute Couture .
Fantastic, very theatrical, this is how a fashion show should look like. Every creation was a piece of art and the dream like presentation with the music, the lighting and the sets was flawless.
Stunning sophisticated vibrant ❤❤❤
If it looks this spectacular without light, imagine it with good lighting.
did NOT disappoint
Honestly. Just. Wow. To be shining in a lowly lit room like that speaks volumes!
A very well deserved standing ovation. Bravo 👏
Wonderful pieces! Amazing. Couture with capital C. And I reeeeally love that the models don’t rush through the catwalk and the video realisation is not changing all the time, so we can see the show as if we were seated there. LOVE IT!
The Music was lovely 😊
I cannot believe how talented Dniel Roseberry is. This is just incredible, oh my goodness
The structure of the show other than the low lighting gives me Reminiscing of the 1950s fashion shows. Absolutely beautiful.

Magical atmosphere

8:07 this is Rouguy Faye’s calling card in my opinion
DIVINE THIS IS 😍
Gorgeous. ❤❤❤❤
Sublime...❤
Mesmerizing.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's the perfect word for it. I could not take my eyes away.
Wow! I love it!
ESPECTACULAR¡¡ LO MEJOR DE LA SEMANA DE LA MODA EN PARIS¡¡¡
uff,, the opening... beyond gracious
Beautiful
I love it!!!!
So beautiful
Amazing 🎉🎉
¡Exquisita! 👏🏽🙌🏽✨
Stunning 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💖
Божечки, как это красиво!❤❤❤
Bravo!
Thats Haute Couture of the finest and bestes , Not what Maria Grazia Shows for Dior .
Pure Luxury🥂
wearable fantasy! sublime!
Phenomenal.
ДИВНЫЕ ПТИЦЫ ❤
J'adore 🖤🤍🖤🤍
Bravo 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
L’oeil d’un maître, quelle grâce 🌞
❤❤❤💜
Daniel NEEDS to come to the house of Chanel and revive it back to its former glory
Incredible Incredible Incredible
I really wish the lighting was better. This looks amazing, but the details and even cut of things on camera.
SPEECHLESS 🥲💜
Quite restrained for Schiaparelli. Several were very wearable. Beautiful, stately and edgy, but not crazy.
🥰😍😘Daniel...
Вот и Шанель и Диор отошли от Темы... А Скиапарелли молодцы! Держат Дух и Марку!!!
音乐好感动
I’m OK with the lighting, but it’s the scattershot choreo that threw me off. Beautiful Gowns…
Wish the lighting was better
I wish I could see the garments, so dark from my computer. The lighting choice is a choice.
Increíble como una marca de lujo no sepa organizar una pasarela para que las modelos no choquen entre si😂
Hollywood glamor
Loved the music. The talent of the fabrications. Very sexy for all those old men in the audience.
The pieces were nice but the lighting was poor. You could not see them properly.
Daniel clothes is too pretty for this dim lighting. We cannot see stitching, embroidery, fabric, accessories... But i do like the unorthodox stage approach. We all know these clothes are gorgeous. 💁🏾♂️
The spotlights placement were a big mistake
Very disappointing I look forward to this show every season, but the lighting is terrible. Maybe not in person but it’s unwatchable on TH-cam.🙄
La nouvelles génération des designers ne pensent que "Pas comme les autres" !
"L'Harmonisation" est complètement disparue !
Some were ok but mostly impractical designs that might be good for fetish wear or a futuristic sci-fi flick.
Not a fan of extreme shoulder pads. Do not want to look like a Line Backer...Some strange fashions looks dangerous to wear or sit down.
10 out of 10 for self-importance
Who on earth lit this show?
Rich people.
right.. can barely see the models or the clothes...
Best drag show in Paris. This not fashion, it’s circus
This is not fashion...It is Haute couture.
I can't see shit!
So it seems the attendees of the show.

08 out of 10!
Bigger shoulder pads than the 80’s! Some lovely designs, but also ridiculous ones. Lighting is terrible!
The lighting was terrible, especially on the Black models.
Struggled to see the designs with the poor lighting😢
What is this? 🤔
I see nothing.........
Schaparelli saves light......
👎👎👎🥴
I felt seasick watching this.
Lighting ... dim.
The way the models 'walked' ... (was that carpet)?
Awkward in so many ways ...
The clothes .. CLEARLY fabulous!
But .. I couldn't see them .. clearly.
Just sayin' ... 😞
Terrible. If you want to highlight clothing, especially dark colored clothing, you don’t turn down lighting.
Unwearable clothing
simply terrible....20 years too late.
Awful ...
why are they walking like Joe biden>????Really pathetic show
I had a great time! 👍🐝🦷♥️🏝️🪙🎶
Ridiculous and double ridiculous
