A suggestion: please add IFC file support, they are used by most of the supported programs such as revit, BlenderBim, Archcad and more. There is also a pletura of libraries that could be exported directly to d5.

Unreal. Is full of hacks and workarounds. I usually buy assets and environments, they're complete with lighting and everything, its just a question of tweaking then ;)
@@armondtanz I haven’t tried unreal yet. Only used revit combined with Enscape and D5 (I prefer D5 by far) and I use assets from the library or from download sites with HDR’s and HDRI lightings. But I’ve only been rendering for 2 years. Have a ways to go as I just started to learn how photography and lighting works in images. Also trying to teach myself photoshop and sketch up too.

I use unreal with reallusion cc4 & iclone. Absolute gem of a pipeline. Helps me out. The import facilities from iclone to unreal is 'unreal'. I can set up everything in iclone and then just import it in. A real breeze, cuts out soooo much messin around.
I can make my own characters without modelling knowledge.Then animate them & Import into UE5 and get cinematic renders.

@@armondtanz never even heard of iclone. I’ll look into It. I’m still trying to learn 3DS Max though as It wasn’t taught in school. I’ve only gotten my AA in architecture so far so not much experience
@@patrickbateman9314 if your a wizz at 3d then u might not need it. But i like things simple so it really helps. Its no good at modelling or rigging but everything else its a joy.
I guess its all down to what you wanna do. I wanna make short movies so this helped me cut my budget down by $1000s. To get 3d artist to design characters, suits and props cost an absolute fortune.

No.. Really your make a 10 clip 3000 frame only render time 30 minutes less with d5 rendered. With better than your lumion and twin. Remember my channel i will put a better than. Before im a motion deginer 3d for commercial with Octane Render (otoy).
