For the record, the PRC is a NON-GOVERMENT ORGANIZATION. So giving credit to the Philippine Government for this accomplishment is quite unfair for the PRC.

During 50s, 60s, 70s. The Philippines send nurses, engineers, architects, doctors, mechanical engineers, Philippine medical corps and engineers abroad to help countries and it's people for humanitarian-aid purposes.
Now we send OFWs as an employees across the globe.
Shit sure hits the Philippines after 1970s.
What the heck happened Philippines??!!!
It is under the determination of Duterte would turn this table around, the best of all world leaders in terms of intellect, bravery, and a genuine statesman of the Philippines.
