There are always a lot of questions about Loulou & Coco's diet but I know you love or hate watching the videos. Loulou has a raw diet from 8-12 weeks old and Coco all her life. For a good complete diet they need everything: muscle meat, tendons, bones, organs, skin and hair. We buy meat from the butcher, farmer and online. About once a month to 2 months. On average we spend 60€/63$ to 80€/84$ per month. For Loulou & Coco this diet is perfect, they are fit, shiny coat, eyes and good blood tests. Coco doesn't like fish. She eats it with difficulty and this was the first time she spat it out. She doesn't get fish anymore, although she didn't get this often. Their diet is 90% carnivore diet and 10% vegetables.

Its so interesting and u can tell how healthy they are. I love their shiny coats the most. I see lot of daschunds as they are so popular but none as shiny and healthy as loulou and Coco. I do love these vids. Thanks Eveline 💗

You would believe it if you saw them attack another dog,especially one in their property and much bigger. Or if you were a kid and stood between the Teckel and the other dog by mistake. Which you would never do again. But my two were gentle with us ,as kids, just protective of our family.

Coco The Cruncher and Loulou The Landshark don’t disappoint! Loub always whiffs down her portions first, and Coco is a very polite chewer.😂 I was shocked when she grabbed Lou’s portion the other day and was growling! Oh my!😮
If Loulou would be a human, she would be a professional eater 😀

A couple things I love about watching them eat: 1) when it's something challenging (like bones and necks) they always seem to back up and eat it outside of their bowl - also too funny how Coco lifts one front paw as she crunches away and 2) whenever one starts licking the other's bowl, the other just automatically goes over to their bowl as well (no fuss no arguments). I think watching them eat is fascinating, but after watching a whole week's worth in a row, I was starting to feel pretty full too,,,
I've had Dachshunds most of my life & I believe Loulou and Coco have a perfect diet. I've been watching them since the beginning & love these happy healthy Dachshunds. No complaints from me Eveline, just praise ❤️🐾🐾❤️

Hi, yes that was a dream but I also found it very difficult with my nose in the books all the time. I'm really the creative type and want to work with my hands all day long. I recommend watching this video with slow motion change from settings. It is more satisfying watching them eat and one can see properly their food in plate as I thought it was a bit to fast for me. Love ❤ their appetite even though I am not a big meat eater. Enjoy watching them eat their raw food diet. 😋

Глядя на блестящую шерсть собак, никто не может сказать, что их кормят неправильно. Они так спокойно расправляются с костями, значит и зубы в порядке. А-то читаю, что сырое мясо нельзя давать собакам, только сухой корм. Конечно, оно легче, но глядя на корм собак, я сожалею, что сама не питаюсь так. Может русский язык хозяевам не нравится, но давно слежу за ними и скажу, что они молодцы, для чего поставлю плюс. ❤👍👍

I'm sure you have the best fed dachshunds in the world. Makes me think of my dachshunds growing up. All we ever fed them was PAL dog food.

Hello, usually they get 2 meals a day. In terms of amount, I give them by feeling. By looking at what their body looks like. When they are slimmer I give them more and when they are rounder they get 1 meal. The amount in the round bowls is good for them and they keep their weight. xx

These two make eating raw food look good! You do not worry about bacteria? Or the bones (I do know raw bones they can eat, not cooked) but have they ever choked on such large pieces?

I have a mini dachsund too and I am trying to transition to a raw diet, which in my opinion is much healthier. But how one can know the amount of food they need per day? Do L&C eat once a day only? One of my cats taught me something new about their diets a few months ago. If he catches a mouse, vole, or shrew, he will eat everything except the liver. Very interesting. 😜😁

I am in the united states an so love to watch them eat. That is a better diet for them than this super processed kibble we have here. My 1st rescue will not eat raw. My 2nd rescue will.

I wish you started making YT vids a long time ago, our Weenie is 15 y/o and he used to eat well, kibble wet & dry dog food when he was younger but now at his age he wants boiled chicken & rice, fried hamburger rinsed with water in a strainer and other food that easy on his stomach. Plus he is so picky.

Dogs should learn to savor their food instead of the goal being to swallow it all as quickly as possible. The reversal of fortune was disgusting but made me laugh.
Coco is a slower eater than Loob. Sometimes they vomit when they eat too fast. And Lulu May give coco anxiety because she fears she could steal her meal.

Hello, usually they get 2 meals a day. If I gave Loulou & Coco the amount that is the guidelines for a raw diet for a small dog, they would lose a lot of weight. Once a day is also good, but then it is too much food for Loulou & Coco for 1 time. xx
