@h3f5 Well it's normal vocabulary for me since that's what everyone says in this game, you need a gun that has the purple mod in it called "Tagger", it appears once you hit the target. Some guns have them built in (sitting duck, valentines guns, etc), if you want it on a random gun of your choice you need to be R195 to get the mod itself, you can also use the spotter mod, also need R195 and it replaces your ammo box.
My enforcer clan is currently dead, their name is mutiny, used to be popular in RTW and early G1 APB. Thanks for the compliments, but bear in mind that 8bit is going through mass trialing, so many 8bit members you might have seen might not be the usual members.
I personally enjoy the Reaper, but that's due to the fact my last gun was the N-HVR 762 SD PR1. I'm usually more of a support/defensive player when with a full group of clan mates. So it suits my play-style.
Check the date that this video was published, august 1st 2012. The scout was nerfed less than a month ago in terms of not being able to switch during the bolt reload time. So yes, you could do that, I'm surprised you forgot you could do that, the nerf was recent.

Theres an ini file you can edit to change gravity to 0. It's only seen on your end though, I turned it back to normal since it got annoying with bodies everywhere and it made physics on cars and jumping look really ugly. Try google low gravity apb.
There's a setting in apbgame.ini I just put the gravity to 0, its annoying though alot of crap flies in your screen and the jump animation is a bit glitchy. It probably would be hilarious in big matches with spacemen everywhere.
Ah the tempermental accuracy of the ACT 44, my number one enemy...Right when you need it to hit, all 7 shots miss >.< Good vid as usual man, kinda loving the Zero-G ragdolls you got going on there.
Me and my friends had the same issues, good PC but fps drops sometimes. The thing that solved it for us was a SSD. APB is loading lots of data from the hard drive, and it seems sometimes the speed of a normal harddrive isn't enough. I got myself a 60gb SSD and APB worked like a charm since then.

The ragdoll effects are client-side, so it's possible to change them in one of the .ini files of the game, i guess. But which file and which command is it?

You can slow down the video using settings, and see that I actually overestimated where he would be but yeah I can see what you're getting at. I actually 180 snap killed someone yesterday, debating whether I should include it in my next vid since well, it's just one kill and I might get hackusated.
I saw a video on youtube about apb with 0 gravity and I saw dopefish do it on livestream, just had to change a number in a ini file, fairly simple. It was fun for a few games with bodies and boxes flying all over the place. But then it just got so annoying with those bodies and boxes flying in your face blocking your view, including bodies from other peoples fights and pedestrians too lol, it also made the game slightly buggy looking with you character/car shaking slightly sometimes.
It doesn't effect graphics or textures, it's shaders, the main thing affected is the horrible bloom that G1 has implemented, the shader configs tones the bloom down to a lot. Please google "karyl's config APB" and read the first post, I and others have submitted screenshots for you to make a decision on using the configs.

quite a lot, but I bought most weapons during last year 100% rebate sales and the weapons were cheaper :/ you don't see 100% rebate sales and weapons are more expensive now sadly.
No, low ranked players should have no problems taking down higher ranked players. Higher ranked players may have weapons that are modified, those modifications make the gun better in some areas, but they also have downsides. The issues lies with experience, higher ranked players know the map more and this puts newer players at a disadvantage, they may also use certain tactics to put you at a disadvantage. However they could use a rocket launcher, it does massive damage and takes ages to unlock.
Don't get me wrong it probably is fun to use, and I do like silenced guns since it just seems funny to me that when you kill someone with a silenced sniper their ragdoll just flies back in funny ways. But imo, as a gun it just seems pointless.
I don't know if this is wrong but, is good teamwork also a big plus? lower rank/new players only go solo and they meet groups/clans that use alot of teamwork and they always beast randoms. For someone who wants to get better at this game (including me because well i suck balls) i would recommend to find a suitable clan or group and play with people with well the same sort of skill as you ( i mean like people who have the same experience as you). I can be wrong ofcourse :P.
