- I recently came across an article about Taiwan’s longest dedicated bicycle only path - the 87.5km Irrigation Canal Green Corridor (水圳綠道) - so I decided to ride it.
Join me on a 2-day adventure starting in Yunlin County’s Linnei Township (林內) that winds its way through Taiwan’s agricultural heartland to finish near Wushantou Reservoir (烏山頭水庫) in Tainan.

公共設施經常做半套的 雖然植樹需要點時間 樹種的選擇也很重要 在不影響當地環境 選對的樹種才能起到加分的作用 延線的綠化工程做好 良好的遮蔽也可帶動周邊環境 打造更好的休閒環境
黃花我們常叫「黃金風鈴木」，嘉義八掌溪河堤旁有風鈴木步道，盛開時很美～
喜歡鄉下隨處都有的土地公廟，是附近居民納涼社交的好地方。
雖然都市很方便，但在鄉下長大的我還是喜歡悠閒、自然的氛圍
灰塵覆蓋了太陽能板確實是發電效率低落的最大原因，需要常常清洗但又太少下雨
Taiwan's longest dedicated bike path is in Taipei -- nearly 200km along the riverside. It's not called the longest in Taiwan because it's considered separate paths managed by two city governments (Taipei and New Taipei). But it's actually all connected in one network.

@@charliechen1 Just go to the river closest to you. You'll find a bike path there and just start riding either upstream or downstream.

Instead of trees, solar panels may quick provide shade. The cleaning is very labor intensive, some machines are applied in other countries, but not in Taiwan yet.
Thank you for introducing, I have been thinking to see this great working miracle for several years, just visiting reservoir yesterday, put this bike trail in my to do list.

其實在這條自行車道的橫向道路也是很不錯的選擇，風景較多樣也較良快些

I am an angler and the canals you passed by are full of snakeheads aka Haruan in Singapore. I would be tightening my lines along the journey if its me 😂.

太陽能板有灰塵當然會影響發電 ・ 太陽能板的管理還是要注意清潔 ・ 那個灰塵太多應該是承租太陽能的公司沒去清理 ・ 應該跟農民沒什麼關係喔！

植物種下去，很少照顧它，所以慢慢地等吧，總有一天會綠樹成蔭（也許是野生的雜樹）！
Brompton is fine for low speed travel.
你騎的路線是台灣最大平原區,雲,嘉,南平原,古代是台灣的糧倉,所以你看到的自然景色自然會一路上景色都差不多！自然就都是農作物了！沒什麼好奇怪的！😊

我住中部竟然不知道有這條自行車道,因為太久沒下大雨了,若下大雨就可以清洗太陽能面板！

上面的灰塵影響百分之70的發電量.這是台灣不會維護因為該收益的都收了其他等他壞再用納稅錢整修.這是台灣的公務員政客標準流程.

太陽能板上有一層厚厚的灰會不會影響發電？應該不會，不然電就不夠用了。
台灣的相關單位就有很奇怪的幻想，好像路旁的樹苗一種就會活，短期就能長高成樹蔭的想像，卻沒考慮環境氣候跟後續養護，搞得這些樹苗得野蠻生長，不然就枯死，有些不宜種植的地段，還不如直接把太陽能板的設置範圍涵蓋水道與自行車道，不只擴大光能設置區，還順便能創造遮蔭點，但我又擔心這些太陽能板是否真如網路資訊說的，不只成本與收益不成正比，更可能製造更多污染，很矛盾的感覺。
現在太陽能板都能做到回收了，況且台灣已設置的太陽能板，離使用年限還很久，還有時間研發更好的回收方式，設置初期，成本無法回收很正常，但量大後，就沒這問題了

Actually, i didn't say in the video but I think it would be a good place to train for races as there are few vehicles.

@@AsiaHikelopedia it’s probably easier to pack them and transport them to various starting destinations. But they are really an urban bike. My sons school has have a high school graduation tradition of riding around the whole island which I think is great for them. Our family ride is usually from Da An district to Dan Shui and back stopping for ice cream and beer along the riverside cafes.
