Geodaddy is king of red flags; see Guizhong, the yakshas, ganyu, or literally anytime the traveler tries to ask the man anything about anything. guy either answers in riddles or just straight up gaslights. love him, but that mofo's flag is so red, it's dripping crimson.
I get more upset when people get angry about how others rank fictional characters, especially when those characters are related to small kids. The characters are not real, and you are free to include them in any tier list you want. Your rating of fictional characters has no relation to real life, no matter what.
I really think travelers are the overload ultimate green flag like any character meets them put their fate in travelers hand like even lynette too

The part I hold her accountable for is not retiring after her neglect causing a civil war, and her leaving an AI to run things while she was in isolation. I at least appreciate Zhongli retired even if him letting the thing happen in Liyue went down w/ no intervention
Yet irl people will turn on a voice actor for a character they don't like, but they'll go to the ends of the earth to defend Ei for being 100% responsible. Not 10%. The puppet she programmed to be RUTHLESS in her grief isn't a 10% blame, it's a puppet. She then ran away to let it lead, surprise, it did everything she programmed it to do. The nation she's supposed to protect also had grief, they lost their siblings and parents too but it's fine because they're npcs. However, when a country is ran by tyrants - which keep in mind, a puppet very much ran it like that, restricting literally everything, taking VISIONS because of how EI believed (and when confronted she STILL didn't react until pushed in an extreme way). The people WILL revolt to try and improve things. They are not at 60% blame. They were trying to get her to care. She simply didn't.

I like the concept that archons aren't blameless and they're messy, so don't get me wrong about all this, she has potential for an interesting arc. The issue is they swept it under the rug as 'Oopsie! Forgive me???' and everyone just did. But she absolutely is to blame.
Only thing about Neuvilette that's not a green flag is that he'd be working all day and night so you'd never see him at all
But he’s slowly changing that aspect of his personality so eventually it will become green flag as he spends more time with his friends
Agreed on both comments here. I *love* Neuvillette but he is definitely married to his work and, well, he doesn't fully understand human emotions. He's definitely trying though and he has a soft heart. Also on further thought I don't think he is married to his work but he just takes it very seriously like he does with everything. So I think if he was in a relationship he would be very sure to take it seriously and put in the effort to make it work.
I almost take his dedication to his work as a green flag (although maybe if someone wanted a relationship it'd be a problem), but based on his idle voicelines - it seems like his pride in his work is because he feels connected to the people of Fontaine through it as he admires human volition and will. Honestly, he's just SUCH a soft boi (and BESTEST DAD). @@arendaria

I feel like if Thoma does murder people, it is only to protect the family and only as a last resort. In his hangout quest, he managed to outwit a merchant who was trying to extort the family by leveraging his contacts. Thoma tries to solve problems without murder when possible...but he also yeeted a spear at the Raiden Shogun herself to save the Traveler so I do think he *could*. If he wanted to.
Wriothesley have canonically killed for his "family" or siblings yet he's the greenest of flags, so idk the favoritism is strong in this one

I think they did that because Neuvi trusts him. Neuvi is a good judge of character. Wrio is in general very mysterious with his closest person to him being Neuvi, so I think it’s fair to use his judgement.

Actually, I think her being in the same group as Kaeya sounds about right, they're very similar people
Sucrose is someone who may be pretty socially awkward, timid, shut in and may do some things that will set off alarm bells for most people, I find she is just largely inexperienced.
In spite of those I always think back to the last Windblume event when she listened to Collei's story and allowed her the space to open up and let her confide in someone who is pretty similarly introverted like her. She may definitely give people the ick but that moment and what Sucrose did was the quality of a great friend with her and Collei's interactions in that event.
It is definitely their tier list and their personal takes done all in good fun though I personally do find many more red flags with Yae Miko than Sucrose judging off of character lol.

Thoma gives me The Way of the Househusband vibes, except a word from Ayato will have him Yakuza'ing his way into whatever results benefit the Yashiro Commission.
Thoma literally guides us into Yakuza'ing our way to getting a permit to leave Ritou during the archon quest.
He's the type that will convince all your business partners they're better off steering clear of you if you get on the Yashiro Commission's bad side. Could probably turn you into a social pariah on short order too.
Exactly. All the dissenters are like, "tHomA bEsT bOi", but they are failing to see that, yes, Thoma is nice, but he's nice *with intent*. He knows exactly what to say and how to say it to not only stay in your good graces and keep you unsuspecting, but also keep you in a cooperative mindset. Get on his bad side and he'd have no qualms with ruining your day ... or reputation, depending on how bad your transgression was.

Chiori: mid, she cares about her fashion but I think she might care a bit TO much and not be super around much.
Clorinde: Green-ish flag. She fights a lot of people for a living but I think she’d be fiercely loyal.
Arlecchino: Mega Red Flag. Self explanatory: she’s a Fatui harbinger, you wouldn’t know if she’s being genuine, has 200% killed people in gruesome ways, *and I love her deeply and gayly for that*

Is Thoma Guilty? Nope!!
He is the Ultimate Green-Flag! Or at least Green-ish. He has never killed, he is more the type to outsmart his enemies or use his conections with Gossip as seen in the hangout, he tried to do the peacefully route talking, but the dude stayed an ass so Thoma went for a more "rough" outcome. He could destroy a person's Life by using his connection, the Trust people has in him and Gossip, but only did it to a bad guy after the dude didn't admitted his wrong doing.
He definitly Could Kill, but that will always be his last resort and to protect a loved one, not just becuause. Plus Ayato has his own Ninja-Assasins, no need to ask Thoma for it.
In Ayaka's Trailer he literally asked her to try a "softer touch" so no one gets hurt, and all his ending are vanilla af, one is him knitting clothe for the animals he feeds, other is helping a retired Ninja dog like Taromaru, other is leading a Cleaning Class and another one is a Knitting Class, how can he be a Turbo Red-Flag?? 😭

I actually think Thoma is SO undarrated as a Character, he is always the "Housewife" or the "Homie" but he has a lot more to him. he is actually so smart and so good reading people that we are LUCKY he is genuinly a Good Person 🤣
Don't get me wrong, Sus Thoma sounds so interesting, if he was a way more Gray character he would be such a menace, but Canonically he is a Good Boy. If he was actually Sus there would have been more hints towars that like other characters have, but he has none of it~
Now that I think about it, with their Model and Loyalty similarities thingy. If you were to mix Thoma's People Ability and Charima, with Childe's distorted perception of life, who starves for some Chaos and Fighting, THAT would be a True Menace and Danger... Welp, time to make a new OC! 😂
Seriously though, Childe is Dangerous, but he is Upfront and doesn't like liying or Manipulating, he is always in for a good fight, while Thoma dislikes fighting but does use some manipulation, although with genuine good intentions to help. So Mix those two and BOOM! A True Master of Chaos...
To me at least, Childe is like both the biggest red flag, but also the biggest green flag, he’s so sweet and he cares about his family so much but we also have the line from him “this place is pretty dead, in whitch I mean there’s nothing to kill” he’s an interesting case but we love him

These two videos were incredibly entertaining, but some of these takes are wild; Thoma being Mid due to a potential offing scenario is crazy especially when he would be doing it out of loyalty to someone while Wriothesly is in Ultimate green flag while threatening to kill someone at one point and actually killing a few people as well (deservedly but still) is insanity to me. Alhaitham imo would be horrible at communicating to a partner in a constructive way and king of invalidating feelings with his bluntness, personally I'd drop him into kinda a red flag. I think Yun Jin should be brought from mid up into greenish flag as doing her hangout shows that not only does she take quite an interest in the traveller but also enjoys a bit of a getaway from all the performing now and again, her job would not be all she cares about. In a similar way, Kokomi confides in the traveller at times and I think is quite good at keeping up the facade of a strong leader when needed, but letting it come down to process her emotions and communicate how she is feeling when she knows it is safe to do so, def shouldn't be in mid either and could use a step up. As much as I adore Miko (she is one of my favorite characters in the game) I honestly think she could be thrown right in with the others in ultimate red flag, she knows way more than she lets on, and while she may be fun and playful she is never letting you fully in the loop, there will always be a power imbalance there and she would be very hard to be in a relationship with from what I have seen (love her tho). I don't know if it is fair to say that Barb is one of those mean girls just because of her position in the church, I have seen nothing (could be missing it but didn't see any actual in game stuff brought up as proof) of her being anything but kind, maybe a little upset at times like when you break the Holy Lyre but nothing to suggest a passive aggressive mean girl personality. May not warrant a change in placement but I could see Neuvilette's unbiased nature come to bite you in the ass at times, like if you needed to vent about something you were angry about but he is just justifying the other person's actions instead of realizing what you need in that moment is someone to sympathize, regardless of if you were fully in the right or not. All in all loved the video you borh make amazing content and this is just some of my personal opinions on character placements I would change.
If Sayu didn't get hit by smolness (she's the same age as Yoimiya) she'd take Thoma's place in mid. Thoma is a servant of Kamisato but he OWNS that house, the siblings respond to HIM. The only way he'd be a real threat is if any of the Kamisato properties got attacked during the civil war but that never happened.
Because that never happened Thoma's scariest moment reminds you broke a jar one night he found out and got mad, he's your mother, don't make mother angry.
Ain't no way Thoma is Ayato's blade by night, I refuse to believe it😂😭 I think they have an entire secret branch of people that can pull this kind of thing and Thoma ain't part of it. Although credit where credit is due, we DO see him pulling strings straight out of Ayato's tutorial book during his story quest, with calling in favors to put pressure on the guy who refused to sell candles at a normal price because he was the only seller and could get away with it or something or other like that. But he's so sweet the rest of the time and he only did it cuz the Kamisatos were in such a pinch and I would absolutely look past that LMAO

Nah here's the thing about Thoma. He's def doing Ayato's dirty work, but you'll NEVER suspect him. He's 100% a green flag otherwise. Disappearing in the middle of the night? Why do americans hate lawyers?
Because we live in a hellscape. Lawyers are often called to do rich peoples dirty work in shutting people up, covering things with red tape, or purposefully prolonging trials in a war attrition so the other side runs out of money/gives up. And while they are doing their jobs it can be heartbreaking to see monsters escape justice with a strong legal team.
There are some good/great lawyers out there but when any idiot can hire a lawyer to harass people it can be hard to remember that.

he’s like one of the greenest flags in genshin imo. he’s such a romantic and he’s a detective - he knows what to do when you’re sad and if someone made you sad - yk he would just dig up some dirt on them and get them in jail. i feel like hes faithful to a fault, and while he finds it hard to fully trust someone - once he does he gives his s/o everything he can offer. and what a lot of people look past is that hes as traumatized as the other anemo boys - his friend died in his arm and he has a not-so-great family yet he doesn’t bother anyone with it and he managed to get his life together after all that happened to him. you know for a fact hes fucking mature as hell.
