- On the occasion of Buddha Shakyamuni's Birth, Enlightenment and Parinirvana Day (Saka Dawa), His Holiness the Dalai Lama gives a teaching on “Geshe Langri Thangpa's Eight Verses of Mind Training” and conducts the Ceremony for Generating Bodhichitta at the Main Tibetan Temple in Dharamsala, HP, India on June 4, 2023.

Wonderful. This is a very good, simple, direct, consolidated teaching of the four noble truths and 7 verses on training the mind. All you need to know to achieve enlightenment maybe.

@@lucagambirasio Still one needs food, shelter, clothes, medicine (like Buddha said). Most of people have to work in order to they could have these basic necessities steadily. Imo @rosewood5017 talked about this. Surviving between people who aren't kind and compassionate.
