oh my goodness I have read all the English reply’s and I see how some are very concerned about the fat and sugar intake of some of the recipes sams momma makes but if you watch other recipes it isn’t all fatty and sugary foods I think momma balances it all out just fine. It’s obvious that momma loves her family and does a great job taking care of them. Also I want to point out a couple of things that sams momma does...the sugar that she uses is not white refined sugar, it looks to me like it is sucanat...which is the abbreviation for sugar in its natural state before refinement it has a stronger molasses taste and is full of nutrients. Or maybe she used pure raw sugar. And the other thing is that when she is cooking in her large fryer outside and used her sesame oil and gets the fryer hot and bubbly she then pours water into it and steams it or just lets it cook until it’s all done I really don’t see any reason to be alarmed with the way they eat. Meat and lots of fish and seafood and wonderful vegetables. Just my opinion not trying to call anyone out.

Your mom works so hard to cook wonderful looking food for you. Then you seem to be in such a hurry by over stuffing your mouth. It just seems hard to believe that by doing that, you are able to savor and enjoy the meal. You are eating alone, yet...you are still in a rush like you are in a race. 집에서 만든 고추장! 언제 먹어봤나싶네요! 직접 담든 간장, 된장, 고추장! 시간이 갈수록 겉은 색이 짙어지고 뭉쳐지는 감이 있지만, 먹어보면 비로소 아!!! 감탄사가 절로 나기 마련이죠! 어머니의 손 맛에 포동통한 흥삼씨의 부자 먹성! 흥이 절로 돋아요! 가족분들께서 좀은 쑥스러움이 있으신듯! 어머니가 젤 용감하신 듯! 저는 그렇게 느끼곤해요^^

특히 저는 고기 중에서도 돼지고기, 닭고기를 잘 못먹는데, 남들이 맛나게 먹는 걸 보면, 대리만족이 들어요! 자연스러운 듯 한 입에 순삭하는 걸 보면, 엄청 부러워요! 덕분에 요사이 식사량이 많이 늘었답니다^^
저는 적당히 굽다가 고추장양념 흥건히 고이면 파스타, 흔히 말하는 알단테 상태로 넣어서 볶듯이 익혀먹는데 진짜 맛있어요!
담에 동남아식 볶음면같은거나 양념파스타해도 좋을듯요~

늘 자주 보기만했어요.
다쳐서 꽤 오랫동안 병원생활 하다보니, 가뜩이나 짧은 입맛에 식욕이 달아나던 차에 우연히 흥삼씨네 영상을 접하고서, 지금은 해먹기도 한답니다. 고맙습니다!
오늘 양념은 진짜 과하신듯 ᆢ물엿 설탕 매실액 ~고추장 넣은 영상에 허걱 소리가 나도모르게 나왔네요ㆍ~담엔 반씩만 줄여도 충분하실듯해요 ᆢ어머니!

양념 다쓴것도 아니고 겉에뭍은 양념만으로 구우시는거 같은데요
자른단면보니 재워서 염분 흡수한 상태도 아니고 고기 5줄이면 잘먹는 성인한명이면 충분히 먹고도 남을양이긴 함
그런거 다 계산하고 먹을거면 채식이 답임.
그냥 시골 들어가서 채소면 쳐먹고 살어 ^^

As you can see they’ve a way to balance it out. He is not obese and he does eats lots of veggies. I’m sure when he’s not videotaping he eats healthier. This is not for everyday life
