MY DOUBT IS:
AS MAM TOLD IN STARTING,THE CHANGE IN ONE LAYER DOESN'T AFFECT THE OTHER THEN SHE ALSO TOLD THE CHANGE IN PHYSICAL LAYER CAN AFFECT DATA BASE WHICH IS LOWER LAYER OF IT.
DO THE CHANGE IN ANY LAYER DOESN'T AFFECT ONLY UPPER LAYER BUT NOT LOWER LAYER?
