Thank you, Sir for giving historical , philosophical and real aspects on “equality of conditions”. Your clarification on concept of creamy layer/ cultural capital, removed my worrying doubt that why political parties are against creamy layer. True that most worrying prevailing concept is reservation is for eradication of poverty. Now can see tyranny of intellectuals. 🙏

Dear Vivek Sir, i've applied to get admission into JNU university but couldn't clear the test and now pursuing my graduation from a local level college and here nobody gives you the kind of in-depth analysis of topics like you did in this video so thankyou so much for that and i hope we will continue to hear from you forever, thankyou sir for these lectures also i think that all professors of different subjects should upload their content on youtube and they can also charge some subscription fee for their content if they want so that people like me we couldn't make to JNU like universities can also understand the topics with such ease and conceptual clarity

    Bifurcation in sc,st:
Ye log backlog bharne aur nfs ke khilaf koi yachika ki sunvai hi nahi karenge aur Daya karke kar bhi liya na to kewal khana purti karenge judgement ke nam par. Bihar ke govt ka abhi abhi diye pratinidhitav ko kaise ye manuvadi manne ko taiyar tak nahi hain, kuchh hua to data mangege aur Jati janganna karne nahi denge, casteist log hai yahi vajah thi Angrejo ne 1919 me Brahmin ko judge banne par rok laga diya tha, aise faisle ka virodh hona hi chahiye aur agar ye faisala nahi palta to phir kis bat ka 10% swarn reservation vo bhi bina caste census ke. Kyon 75 sal bad bhi backlog jyada ho rahi hai, not available, not eligible aur aajkal not found suitable jaisa tamga lagane me yahi manuvadi sabse aage rahte hain jab koi sc,st,obc ka number ke hisab se representation committee me hai hi nahi to kis bat ka nfs vo bhi written/ main qualified logo ko. Inki hasiyat aati kaha se hai ye sab karne ki. Sc,st aur obc abhi bhi time hai sambhal jao aur inka datkar mukabala Karo aur vo apne mudde ke sath (Representation, participation in all kind of post and facilities in country jahe vo private job ho, contract ho, dhan, dharti aur khanij sampada ho isse Kam nahi). Judiciary ka bhi majaq bana rakha hai yar jab sc,st ka reservation income ke base par hai hi nahi to phir usme batvara kyon, jab 4000+ jatiya obc me hain to unme bhi creamy later kyon aur creamy layer lane ke bad bhi nfs kyon aur agar yahi sab karna hai to phir ye sambidhan peeth phalana dhimkana kis liye agar proper justice hi nahi mil Rahi to ye sab drama kyon. All govt. Official almost 80% swarn kyon, sare pujipati swarn kyon, sabhi high rise high cost luxurious building swarno ka kyon ye sab supreme court ke judges ko nahi dhikhta, akhir kyon because of casteist mind set thats all. Isiliye baba saheb ne kaha tha educate agitate and unite for this kind of unjustices and dramas.
Solution for this, until govt took sc st people at level of pre-independence we should make assets and some prime institutions to grow like others (Banking infrastructure for sc, st and obc in proportional allocated share, professional, higher & Research institutions, Modern Manufacturing and services organisation, quality level primary education etc. and we demand these strongly during voting time to political leaders) except this there is no other way

I am critically disagree with Mr. Divyakirti sir with some points because his thoughts are predominantly spread by one of famous media house:
    1. If there are approx 2Crore job in government and these government officers generally govern whole country and if population of sc/st is 25% then why not they represent proportionately and this will equally valid for all class obc as well as General class.
    2. If General class people already having lot of assets and property, their counterparts and children can afford high level of coaching and support then they no need of any government support exceeded to their population ie. Highly 15-20% so ideally all government jobs and positions should reserve as per population of class on the basis of representation of people in democracy.
    3. I am agree with Vikas ji at the fact that no second and third generation person of any class should give preferential support including government development scheme, reservation for job, education but there should not be any backlogs and government should promptly work ie. Arrange good coaching and support system of needy person of all class not even in only sc/st and obc but for general class.
    4. There should be bar to provide any government contract to any private company too and there should be represention scheme as above in form of reservation ie. In roads, rails, other infrastructure and services then no need to any reservation in private organisations otherwise there will be same law should implemented.
    5. If temple, mosque, Churches, Gurudwara and other relilious places are for all then there should be reservation in same manner as above because why some specific clan, caste and family take all advantage of good things ie. Money, respect, power and supremeness. All religion having all class of people ie. Sc,st,obc and Upper or General class.
    6. Yes Mr. vikas ji you are right -a lot of flaws are there in implementing the reservation and representation in our country, it should be corrected.
    7. In democracy the word Partitionship, Participation, Transparency, Deligation of Responsibility matter lot and this should not the game of General class people only having merely 15-20% and having almost 80% government position and nearby 90% of all private's top job. Sc/St/obc/Minority person should also serve nation and this only possible with giving proper representation and reservation

General category is 30% OBC 42% according to Nsso survey 2006 in India majority of taxes r paid by general category only not by SC ST obc SC,st gets scholarship, seats at premium university at low cutoff and many support from government but nothing to general category most of industrialist in India had humble beginning TAta, reliance,Wipro,HCl and many starter business from zero ..Try to work hard and get respect in society instead of being burden in society....

Most of agriculture land are OBC people general category or so called upper caste are not land owning community most of them have huge loan in their head they take while taking education loan,or buying house no benefits from government SC ST can read in premium university without paying fees but not possible for general..
