- At the end of World War 2, there were many commandants of the concentration camps who were brought to trial. These were the men responsible for some of the worst sites of execution, torture and imprisonment of the whole conflict. They were responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, and some of them were themselves executed for their crimes.

It might not be possible to "Show the damn drop". It depends if it was originally filmed by the cameraman at the time of the execution of the prisoner and criminal.

Very hard to accept the fact that human beings could lose all empathy. I'm glad I became a person who always puts myself in the other person's shoes. Very hard to imagine myself doing such atrocities. How cruel and evil. Unjust

The photos of these "people" are frightening. They look like the monsters they were, especially Amon Goth. Ralph Feinnes was terrific as Goth in "Schindler's List" (1993), directed by Steven Spielberg.

What drives this stuff to happen is people getting fed up with society going downhill. We have a long way to go for it to get that bad, but people are already getting fed up with the extreme lefts ridiculousness. If they stay in power, and continue to make their top priorities be open borders and them getting all the benefits while the taxpayers pay, giving billions to conflicts on the other side of the world and coaxing impressionable kids to identify as a tree if they have the urge, then this could happen.......and quite frankly, would be needed. The gene pool is watered down to the point of the movie idiocracy is becoming a documentary 😂
Dude - Amon Goeth had absolutely the worst physique of damn near any human, I've ever seen... That scene, where he's shirtless, and shooting a rifle into the concentration camp's yard... He looks more un flattering than any of the damn prisoners... I bet he couldn’t even do one push up.
I saw a documentary on the descendants of these horrible people. Amon Goeth's daughter, Monika Hertwig--- did 2 PBS documentaries. didn't even know he was a brutal Nazi and was raised by her mother (Goeth was executed when she was a baby) and was raised as if the Holocaust never haplened the way it did.
"I had this image I created [that] the Jews in Plaszow and Amon were one family," she said. That was the image her mother put in her head while looking over family photos.
When she was in her teens and began hearing more and more horrors of the Holocaust, she asked her mother about the extent her father's involvement in the genocide, to which her mother replied he "may have killed a FEW Jews." But when she kept asking how many, her mother went ham and whipped her with an electric cable. Apparently she never asked about it again, and didn't get the full gist of Goeth's crimes...

Joke's on Amon though---he's got a biracial Nigerian/German granddaughter named Jennifer Teege, who wrote a book about discovering her grandfather's Nazi past. It's titled "My Grandfather Would Have Shot Me: A Black Woman Discovers Her Family's Nazi Past." She was adooted out by Monika to protect her and this was during the Berlin Wall, sooooo...yeah.
Goering's great niece and nephew (siblings) decided to get sterilized so that "they cut the line." His name will die with them as they are the last living descendants of that monster. The niece lives in New Mexico, but the nephew lives where Goering did his part in the Holocaust and has partnered speaking tours with Holocaust survivors.

He was awarded the Iron Cross first and second class during WWI while fighting in the Middle East alongside the Ottomans. At one time he was the youngest non-commissioned officer in the German army.

Well, if one is knowledgeable about the holocaust and the nazis that's true, but some people are new. I know who the terrible nazi commandant is, but that's because these videos have drilled the information into me. It's hard not to despise Rudolf Hoss. He's very easy to remember considering what he did.
Never forget!! I would argue that Americans did which is why Trump and his fascists now have a foothold in the United States.

30yrs later after the War into the 70's is like 2024 and the War would have been in the 90's. It's not really that long ago for the survivors in the 70's. For sure it was like yesterday.
It would have been better, if the Germans had sent these refugees to other countries. Let them house and feed them. It would have freed up resources and have more men to fight the war against Russia.
Also, it wouldn't have giving them such a black eye on history.
What refugees? These were well established citizens who were living in the countries invaded by Germany.

I really wanted to watch this but the narrator drives me bonkers. I can’t listen to him. Why he insists on over pronouncing every word at the end of each sentence is so annoying to me. He probably watched some video on how to capture the audiences attention for the entire video. If so, huge fail.

I really appreciate your attempt but right off the gate you were wrong. You state that Rudolph Höss was executed for running the camps but what you don't seem to know and what many people in your comments section don't seem to catch is that this guy you claim and historians claim was Höss was most certainly not.. Rudolph Höss was involved in a last ditch effort peace campaign and contrary to popular beliefs he was instructed to take the flight by you know who himself. Well Höss was inadvertently caught upon landing in Scotland and immediately arrested and taken back to England. He was locked up for the remainder of the war. He was ultimately sent to Spandau prison where he remained until the early 1980s . That is the facts . I'm not sure who this man really is or what role he actually played in it if anything . But ☝🏻 was certainly NOT Rudolph Höss . Historians claimed these things early on before they realized that they were wrong so to compensate for this tremendous blunder or bold faced lie they began a major backtracking campaign where they began fabricating documents and evidence that you can still to this day find on Google but the fact remains that there was only ever one Rudolph Höss and he was the one who spent his life in Spandau prison. Back to the historical significance.. history remembers the Höss which was sentenced to prison as a totally and complete different man entirely than the one that was hanged but yet history ironically remembers them both for having been the commandant of Auschwitz etc. the evidence allied forces fabricated was birth records and employment paperwork etc for both Rudolph Höss AND the real Rudolph Höss and the moral of the story is that history is his... Story to tell. There was only ever one Rudolph Höss and the fact is that they had totally blundered the "investigation" and sentenced the right man to the gallows but he went to his death under the wrong name. That is true but yet to this day they deny it and Google only serves to further embolden people who only know what Google tells them. Great detail to everyone else you covered in this video though and I appreciate your work put into creating it my friend.

@@thelegion3682 I missed the subtetly of your comment. It's late in the UK and I've had a long day. I always read comments after an upload as it's good to know other's thoughts and feelings. You are certainly correct in your reply. Often Hess and Höss get mixed up. One is RUDOLPH and the other RUDOLF. It's a case of putting the effort in to history before you quote it. I rarely watch YT now even though it has excellent documentaries on the Nazi period. Oh well, glad you cleared that up for me by replying. Most wouldn't.
