Try to listen to hopononon's prayer. It's an old Hawaiian prayer generally used in forgiveness and healing. I did use that prayer in the past. I was in the same situation ship as you are right now. Trust me things will get better. Don't allow yourself to resist any kind of emotions, be it an urge to cry, anger, frustration, and regret. I know it is easier said than done, believe me, it will all get better. I can understand your pain. I did feel that pain too. It took me one year to get back to normal, still, some parts haven't healed.
