wooo just did my first et hypercube, took me about 30mins practice! The first bit in the vid is very important, but what's not explained is that to pull it off you have to essentially trick one pair into 'swapping places' by luring it into a match, but then you get others in by pulling one out before it actually matches, that makes the first swap places then if your quick you can pull the 4th and eventually 5th in. most important is to move one out before pulling in the first potential match

So I have been practicing a bit and wanted to come back and watch the video to try to learn some more tricks and such, one of the things I noticed at the very beginning with the 3 red gems, I cannot seem to move the same piece twice (like was done with the top red one, he moved it in and back out immediately after). Is the timing just really hard to get for this? or has it been "fixed" or is it just an issue I seem to be having?
I do the technique now and then. My question is, Do you find it faster/easier to click on the gem then click, again, on the space where you want it to go or is it faster to click and hold the mouse button down, then quickly move the mouse the direction you want the gem to go. I know this seem trivial, but I looking for all the speed I Can get. Thank you for your time.

Can Confirm Today it IS possible in Android. Certainly not easy for beginners. As far as I can gather the screen will not register more than a couple of fast consecutive taps, so ET via speed is not possible, but you can use the dancing method (at the end of this vid, and in the advanced) if your creative! only managed a few flame gems today but at least is proves it works
@asdfghjklsupreme How long does it take for you to do the flame gem easily? right now i can do some of it but still very difficult. If I stop playing for awhile and back to play it again, It feels like I'm back to the beginning again. and How long does it takes you to master et technique?

@bloodl3tt3r its normal its an exploit, cheat. etc... if you play bejewel on the ps3 you will never be able to do this. Because on the console you have to move with the analog. can't people just play without cheating all the time? guess not.
This is impossible....the person who made this video must have a 3rd party program to slow the switches down....there is no possible way to make 2 moves b4 the 1st invalid move comes back full circle
@monsterrun Cheat? LMAO There are 95% playing this game on computers, and this technique is available for everyone, just like a open-book exam. You can open the book in the exam, but you don't because you think you're good. Finally you mess up the exam and cry out loud at the classroom at everyone "you cheat, you all cheat!" Update; today managed my first 6way hypercube, and a few stars! practice does make perfect!
If the three gems match when you're trying, it means you have to move faster~
One minor question: Is the motion a click and drag for each gem?

does not work in bejeweled three i think. I have been able to make several power gems on Bejeweled Blitz, Riches and Rubies
