You should try SOMA, it's from the same studio but a lot more relaxing. There are ASMR videos already with just the atmosphere of certain areas. On top of that the story is fantastic, probably the best horror story of the past decade.
Well the good news is that you made a lot of progress in this one session. So if you ever do decide to come back whether for a video or in your own time you'll be smooth sailing. It's a great game so I'd recommend you finish it. Was a lot of fun to see someone who's never played it.
