Ok so I see you check your menu to look at your missions to check kill count. I do this aswell but it’s gotten me killed so many times for this one reason. For some reason when you open the menu you no longer get any of the hurt indicators. I’ll be at 2 ticks of health and have no red on my screen and I’ll be thinking I’m ok when I’m very much not.

Need to be super quick at checking the missions. Also, if I know I got shot at myself I'll check my watch first!
