Nah, all of ID is restricted from streaming at their place in Japan. If they want to stream they need to book a room in the studio so they can only do it in morning or noon (if there's any room available) and they can't do it for a long time too because there's a lot of work to do in there.

We're talking +12hr sessions and her not sleeping much.

She and other ID members are busy working on project in Japan for couple month, take a grain of salt but my guess its the management concerned they'll tired themselves if they streaming too while busy work behind the scene or maybe don't have time to. But Kaela its different case, streaming its like relaxing for her.

My guess is they are working on a big project in the big Japan studio and thus need their talents in top form and thus Kaela was told not to stream because she goes in hard (10-15hr streams on the daily is her norm). Ofc what they failed to initially realise is that Kaela streaming is what puts her into top form in the first place since she is a true streaming addict.

The Hololive Management keeps meddling. How many Holo vtubers have complained about being told what to do, or being unable to get perms, or being withheld games as punishment? There is a pattern and you are unable to bring up this issue on r/Hololive

It's 'management' job to 'manage'. It's not "meddling", if vtuber didn't want being told, then they can go independent and not join a company.
It's no different with other profession, you join a 'company' then you're an 'employee'. No employee can do everything they want and free from management.
Don't see vtuber only from what presented on screen, but think about those who works behind the screen. Management need to ensure their talent condition, that's why they are strict with stream schedule, etc. They need to ensure the licensee and carefully select the game, because their talent not tools for free endorsment and advertisment.
