they actually do whole choreographies for all the songs they sing in concerts. so they dance all the time until the concert ends. no mirror, nothing. This is pretty hard especially since every stage is different in space they have and different floor types etc. and insanely tiring.
It's a dance studio so yes, there are mirrors. They said their confidence comes from practicing and practicing and knowing where everyone is all times.
Like athletes studying their performance in a game to win, these pro dancers are recording their routine so they can make adjustments to their performance on stage for their fans. I really enjoy Ryan and Nathan's reactions and the discussions after their reaction. Their outsider perspectives are a refreshing change to a lot of reactors gushing over these girls and the common consensus is that XG aren't a group to be overlooked. Hopefully you guys get around to reacting to more XG just to see how they progress over the years.

The do that for our live concerts so that’s the actual dance choreography for that song, the MV doesn’t show the entire dance.
