Congratulations Michael, that's just crazy what you've come up with. It's a good thing I don't know envy😉.The album covers are also in fantastic condition, amazing. Enjoy the music
These are amazing. Even though I’m unlikely ever to be lucky enough to find copies, I’m grateful for the insight into some of the lesser known krautrock acts and will do my best to listen to them. Very informative video.
Those well preserved covers are just beautiful..I'm going to the Mega Fair in April, I'll be seeking a nice copy of that Humble Pie record for myself..
I enjoy watching you get excited about finding new records! With the exception of Can and Humble Pie, I don't believe I have heard of any of them. Gives me something (else) to search for.
Great records. You should put out your own label, Michael 45. Krautrock reissues Mastered by KG. 😀 Never understood why these kinda albums have not had decent reissues. I have the UK original of Tago Mago which is fantastic.
Lovely stuff! Beautiful condition. Gets the pulse racing when you find something so clean! Does your dealer friend have any Doors original pressings in the same condition by any chance?! Looking for a near mint Monarch debut!
Amazing records Michael. It’s a joy just seeing them. Really made me think about this issue of condition. For example, I have been hanging onto maybe 5-6 rare records (Alice Coltrane, Sun Ra…) that are really in subpar condition: VG minus (or maybe worse). Sure these are rare records but.. what’s the point if you don’t enjoy the listening experience? So your video helped me decide - I’m going to sell them off for whatever I can get and invest in one or two albums on my want list. I’d rather have one album that are highly listenable rather than 5 pieces of marginal listening experiences. As always, well done. Enjoy your weekend. Cheers, Shawn.
Hi Michael! I'm going to be visiting Duisberg in the latter half of May this year, to see my wife's relatives. I'm wondering if you have any recommendations for good record stores? Or should I just hop on a train to Dusseldorf instead?
Records that only wealthy people can buy...Not many people have that kind of money that Michael has. I love to know how much Euros he spent on those 30 records. I guess ten thousand in cash...I almost bought the Kraftwerk years ago , but the music was too experimental... Actually both , but it was my early beginnings .
I agree. It’s amusing to hear the recommendation “if you see it just buy it”. When for most of us for OG Krautrock it’s “if you see it, cry because there’s no way you can afford it”. Then you buy a reissue. BTW the Ash Ra Temple AAA recent reissues are extremely close to the originals and a fraction of the price. I’d love to see an honest comparison to the OGs. One thing’s for sure, this kind of collecting is a long way from crate digging, searching for years and finally stumbling over a bargain. It’s more like collectors buying expensive art, using buying power beyond the means of most people to assemble a collection.
Thank you for sharing Michael. The excitement and joy you get from music and vinyl is infectious. Cheers from Canada.
great to see - I’m inspired! glad to see your enthusiasm for these records shine through!! Will for sure look up some of these!
Wow. My jaw dropped to the floor while watching your video. A Krautrock treasure trove of immaculate lps and legendary labels. Cheers!
What a fantastic haul. Condition of those records is amazing. Look forward to part 2
Very nice collection, really. Thanks. Great band Neu!
Krautrock heaven! Great to see so many originals in this condition, and in one video. Congrats!
Amazing collection of music that was decades ahead of its time.
They look beautiful Michael, wish I could find them in in my world, congrats!!
Great to see these records and will keep my eyes open for Piltz ! Always fun finding records as you did at this fair! Thank You, Michael !
Awesome show Michael. I’ve been getting into all of the krautrock . Huge hole to go down. Thanks for showing me more artist to listen too. Thanks art
It is really a pleasure to see records in conditions like the ones you showed. Great score! Cheers, Nelio.
You did sooo good Michael. Congrats
Amazing original records and super interesting to see and hear about these records.

Great pickups Michael!
Excellent finds Michael love to find a minty Ashra Temple Schwingungen and Can Tago Mago German press 🍻👍
Great finds. I'm curious to hear how the 1981 reissue of Guru Guru's Hinten sounds compared to an original.
Hi Michael, congrats to these amazing records. KR Stefan
Great records.

What a treasure trove! I dig Krautrock my sophisticated European friend! Can ... Can I come over and listen for awhile? oh ... ok ...
Wow - so many titles I've never heard of 👍

Hi Michael, i see a record fair advertised for Dusseldorf on May 12th at the old steelworks. Would you recommend that fair?
usually i do.. i will be there :-)
What a haul!

What finds ! Great video as always. Will there be one of the new Bill Evans ERC?
I have Guru Guru’s first album. It is on Ohr.
As we say over here “ score !!! “
Congratulations ¡¡
Was ein klasse Name :D
Krautrock finds!
I just figured out that I can not wait to see all records and it’s so much better to watch the video in double speed hahah

how much did you spend for the 30 records, 5K?
Is Armando the painter?
Waaaauw 🤤
I Love that PILZ Label Michael......it looks more like a TOADSTOOL than a MUSHROOM🍄
Your records went through hell because you listened to them and enjoyed them, Herr Michael. Und maybe after a few Schnapps, mein freund?
Why u go on talking just show the lps.we know the story.u got rare lps.show them.your video can be 5 minutes
What a stupid and bad comment. It's his Video, he can do as he wants. He owes you nothing. If you don't like it, go on or do a video on your own!
that was a really negative comment. I love hearing the stories
