Can we make this about the people please. And I'm sorry if you can't pay for your electricity apply for special tariffs prices. But if you don't apply it means you can pay so pay. Especially in Soweto those R3 million house CAN pay so if THEY don't pay their sewage rates electricity AND water. Cut them off. The rest of us pay it is NOT fair. We suffer more with no free everything.
