Thank you for this useful video. In fact, you are talking about what is useful and important as well. I had a D5600 before, and I wanted to get something better. I am a Nikon fan, but within my budget, so I chose the D7500. But I didn't buy it yet. We know there is no photographer to take only photos. And you talked about the steps to getting the best focus when recording video. So, is there a Nikon camera for which I can get an easy-to-focus video for nearly the same price as the D7500? Is there another option? I hope you can answer my question(:
Look into the Nikon z50 and get the FTZ adapter - this has better focusing for video and well, photo. It actually cheaper than the D7500

Do you think this is worth getting in 2022? I currently have the d5100 which is now 11 years old and crap for video which I'm starting to get into more now...so well due for an upgrade! I want something I can use my current lenses with lol
I think you should look into getting a z50 if you're getting more into video. Its way better in that department than the d7500 because of the newer technology.
You can make any camera work to your advantage IF you have the natural eye for it

Yo, I use the AF-S NIKKOR 50MM 1:1.8G, great cheap lens to learn composition and take professional looking photos. It forces you to take a look at composition because it has no zoom (50mm lenses are described as how you see with your eyes), hope this helps!
@@extremmania101 But it's the wrong lens for an APS-C sensor. 50mm is "what you see with your eyes" on a full frame camera. On an APS-C, the closest is a 35mm lens. Which Nikon also makes with f/1.8 and it's even cheaper than the 50.
