Hai doctor, Before doing dance you can do some warm up exercises. For aramandalam, you can sit in butterfly pause and do some stretches. And by practice, you can do it perfectly. Please practice the adavus 4 times a week. And it will be alright 🥰. Best wishes🥰

In which leg we have to starts from either right leg or left leg mam....
In some other videos they started from right leg mam, for thattadavu...
