I love the new questions this interviewer asked compared of others constantly asking about Spider-Man. This man is expanding into different films and characters and very interested to see what else he’ll do.

I love the way Tom handles interviews. He looks so relaxed and honest at the same time. He gives general answers as well as he gives spesific ones without making it look like he's making sth up yk. He thinks about the question before he gives an answer to it and really knows how to express himself at such a young age (idk if it just me but I'm very impressed how professional he became over the years)
When Tom was talking about how he dislocated his ankle while filming Cherry, felt horrible. But when he got back up and popped it back in himself, he’s definitely a fighter !! 👏🏾👏🏾💕💕

Tom is so mature and so thoughtful with his responses. This guy is deep. I love his response about making people be truthful and not be so concern about how one look because the regular person don’t get that luxury. You can tell he’s well grounded in family and that is his strength. All the best Tom. I saw Uncharted and it was great! I don’t know the game, but just a great rush! Another good job Tom! Keep going but balance your life too.

the sheer difference in expression going from talking about chaos walking to uncharted is crazy. I understand the film was dragged on for so long and its not that amazing but his excitement while he was filming it in 2017 really makes me question what else happened in the years leading up to its release that made him so disinterested in it. This man did not once promote it...

Yeah, it's so obvious that he doesn't want to (or is told not to) talk much about Chaos Walking. He almost changed the subject completely, focusing on social media instead of addressing The Noise. I haven't seen it yet, but I was really excited to watch it until I saw the bad reviews. I'm still going to see it, but it's kinda sad that a movie with such talent in it has done so poorly. I wonder if it has to do with covid and the fact that many people aren't going to the movies right now.

@@00juls00 yes my thoughts exactly! Defintley think management has talked to him about it. I’ve watched chaos walking twice in cinemas and I admit it’s not perfect whatsoever but I would recommend watching! Story progression is jarring as it rushes through all the action scenes and such. They did not provide enough context for the audience in terms of who the characters are and their motives. However, acting is brilliant, aesthetic and setting is absolutely beautiful, they had some really cool camera shots and the overall story is super cool. Do keep all this in mind while watching and just enjoy don’t think too much about the film, you’ll enjoy it more that way. Hope that helps :)

Such a great interview!!!! I like to imagine Tom as a young Hugh Jackman, who works in the theater, does action movies, dramas, romances, musicals and is a very good guy. And Tom also has a talent for comedy. I envision him in something like The Office and would love to see him on Saturday Night Life. I wish him all the best.

Not specifically anything he says in this interview, although he does seem somewhat tired talking about it compared to how he did in interviews when he first got cast, even just compared to his excitement talking about Uncharted straight after! The films been long dragged out, he's not really acknowledged it coming out at all, I get the impression overall he's just moved on from it and wants to focus on current work and better performances.

I don't think it's up to them... they don't OWN the sets or the wardrobe, Marvel and Sony do so if Tom's wants them, he has to ask the people who are paying for it all.
Also, Russo's don't direct Spiderman films, just the last 2 Cap movies and last 2 Avengers movies. Jon Watts directs the Spidey movies

I really like Tom he is such a genuinely nice guy. I would love to see him in a classic Martial Arts film, or something like John Wick. He actually reminds me of a young Scott Adkins. With training Tom could be a really good fighter with his dance and gymnastic background!

Yeah I really was shocked and saddened by the amount of reviews that even criticized his performance. Because as you can see in this interview he gave so much to the role and in my opinion it really paid off and he did a fantastic job. I was moved by his character yet I guess some guys didn’t feel the same

I can just tell that he doesn’t care for chaos walking as he does for uncharted. His expressions just showed it all. I feel bad bc if the movie wasn’t based off a book, I would think that it was a great movie. I loved the story line but nobody and not even Tom feels the same unfortunately

i haven’t watched the full interview yet and i know this doesn’t relate to what i’m about to say, but i truly don’t understand how he received so much hate because of his hair. like as u guys may know, he recently begun shooting a new tv series (the crowded room) and his hair is super long now. people have been saying it looks terrible and are making fun of it, which really isn’t nice. u have to comprehend that it isn’t his decision and he had to grow out his hair purposely for the role. i’m quite confident that he’ll cut it in a few months, but please be more respectful, like i can’t believe people have actually been putting this on twitter, it’s disgusting. we’ve seen him with so many hairstyles and in my opinion he can rock anything. anyway, sorry just wanted to point that out cuz i get annoyed when i see haters, tom has done nothing wrong

When I was watching Cherry I feel like my whole body is floating dead... I can't even breathe in some parts and I kept pausing in different scenes... You definitely cannot sexualize anything from the movie even if there is a lot of grown up scenes especially the you- know- what- part because seriously I feel empty inside and thinking what if I was those people in it.
