Thank you all so much for your continued support! I appreciate everyone whos been watching, and can't wait to cook more recipes with you guys!
Stay tuned for my christmas video and I'll see you all next time!
Almond Cheese:
1cup blanched and peeled almonds
2tbsp lemon juice
3tbsp olive oil
1tsp salt
1/2cup cold water
1 clove of garlic
This doesnt make a lot so the cheese I displayed at the end was actually double the recipe.
as for the oil at the end, it was just olive oil and rosemary blended together.
Enjoy!
As someone with a family history of Cancer I need to avoid all the estrogen and progesterone in dairy so this is terrific--thank you so much for posting
Hi can I please write you what you can do about cancer? (no esoteric bulshit but real science!)
Can you give me maybe your e mail or something?
I hope I will hear from you! 🙂👍❤🌱
I wish you the best of success

It was really really good thank you
Very delicious! Thank you.
this is UNDERrated🔥💯
Yummy😊
Subbed. About to try. Vegan in my non vegan household. Gonna have them try. May make two batches one with and one without a serving of bragga fortified nutritional yeast (2tbsp///10g)
Awesome video, what does it taste like? I've never tried anything like that before!
Niiice. A Korean vegan likes this.
I m trying this 💖
Just go to make this cheese 🥰thank you ❤️
CAN I USE coco oil instead of olive
Amazing
whoa... i just put a batch in the fridge, patiently waiting for cheese to put into pasta salad tomorrow 😋
the excess water drained made a really delicious salty cream - i saved it in the freezer, seems like it would be delicious for finishing off a pasta sauce! i wonder if you could make an at-home vegan coffee creamer with a neutral or coconut oil and less salt, then add flavorings like vanilla or cinnamon if desired.
besides the pasta salad, i think i'll roast some of the cheese, and marinate the last third in olive oil, herbs, maybe olives like a marinated feta.
appreciate the video and inspiration! thank you💖
I use full fat coconut milk for making my coffee creamer
Can we create this with Brazil nuts or walnuts instead and get similar results?
Like a lot of women, I have an allergy to the A1 casein in dairy, so I've decided to try using almond cheese. To the creator of the video: do you happen to know if you can take a block of almond cheese from the health food store, and use it in place of melted mozzarella for pizza dough, bread sticks, ETC?
I personally have never tried! I doubt its gonna melt the same way mozzarella does… I would instead make bread sticks and just use almond cheese as a spread
@@YourAverageSaladTosser how long does it last
Would substituting blanched almond flour for the equivalent weight of raw almonds work?
Im not sure.. I kind of doubt it but Ive never tried! If you do end up trying let me know!
I've seen how tofu was made. I wonder it can be made the same way with almonds. This looks to be a similar process
Nice. But what other oilcan we use instead of olive oil?
Great question! I've also used walnut oil or truffle oil! 😋
Quite funny that your recipe is exactly the opposite of most almond cheese recipes. Usually you make the cheese out of the milk, and discard the pulp that you call cheese.
Will still give this a try however, it does look tasty.
yummmmmmmm
Why do you only have 300+ followers? Insane
Thanks!!!! Ahahaha
One of the reasons is that many people who asked clarifying questions went unanswered. In educational material, or how to material, audience/host engagement brings community > Repeat views > drives the algorithm etc.
So can we used almond milk???
I subscribed
: )
How can you call it cheese when it has no rennett or vinegar and it skips the entire step of separation of cheese and whey
What song is that?
Found it on the website: Epidemic Sound
@@YourAverageSaladTosser thank you
But did u strain the milk and used the milk, or did you use the fiber??
I discarded the milk afterwards. The cheese is only whats left inside the cloth. I didnt think to use the milk but maybe you can use it to make almond milk? 🤔
@@YourAverageSaladTosser What? But cream cheese/ricotta is made from the nutmilk?😅 The same methods apply for when making cheese from cows milk
@@YourAverageSaladTosser Then you havn’t made cheese if you have used the fiber. The milk is where the fat and proteins are, the very things that cheese consists of and that gives it the creamy richness.
@@Truth-L-knowledge i am aware of that dah, cowmilk doesn’t have any fiber?!
Look up “Almond Ricotta” from Gourmet Vegetarian Kitchen - she’s genious! The plant-cheeses she makes, looks awsome! Incredible what one can do with simply almonds/nuts!😃🤓
Do you have to bake it?
He said you can eat as is, or choose to bake it as shown. I think I’m going to make and eat half as is and try baking the other half to see which I prefer. ❤
oh, better to just soak the almonds, not boil them.
You could try this with all the cheesemaking process incorporated

Good recipe but the music it's annoying.
Peeling almons you remove a lot of nutrients. I would keep the skin for thr cheese
Your music is Too loud and it is hard to hear you
The music was distracting & annoying. Couldn't just turn off the sound because then it wouldn't be possible to hear what you were saying.
