Dell latitude e6520 have backlight keyboard or not?
By default I think it depends but if yours isn't and you want to upgrade to backlit, it's pretty cheap.

how to turn on the keyboard light?
Top of the keyboard to righthand side there are 3 buttons (to left of the 3 volume). Press the middle one.
