Great ship with a wonderful crew. Their Main dining hall and "Gluten Free" items could use some assitance though. The quality was rather hit or miss from day to day. Also recommend a drink package and visit all of the specialty restaurants for wine tasting.

Went on a pre-inauguration tour last weekend. Le Havre to Rotterdam. It was outstanding. The ship, the technology used, the quality, the crew. Fantastic. Thank You MSC. But i missed the Wild Forest Aquapark in the video.

A nicely done video. However the ship is one of the most boring floating mass market apartment buildings with a shopping mall in the basement. It's sad to see how little is left of the real cruising experience.

*CAN ANYONE HELP🤔 PLEASE?* l am old and only had 2 cruises before one on MSC. We booked another on MSC - but we had to cancel our MSC cruise due to illness: we phoned them twice before the embarkation date and told them the reason we were cancelling: they said they could do "nothing" because it was only 2 weeks before we travelled. Now they say we should have emailed them and they _might_ have helped: but nobody told me to email on either occasion when l phoned😑 had they offered to repay the cruise cost for the guy who was ill ONLY l would have accepted that. We are a team you see and stick together, *but MSC refused.*
Floating shopping mall without keys to escape from, from where the sea becomes irrelevant and where 6000 schmucks are led from a fast joint to another during their entire stay, norovirus outbreaks and lewd behavior included...

The only word to explain the kind of passengers that ride on a ship like this is human garbage. Just to let everyone know Msc advertises three weeks before the ship sails advertises $200 for passenger, one and passenger two passenger three and four ride for zero in a room together. This creates a huge population on the ship of people that look and act like they just got out of prison I have been on over 3000 cruise nights and I have never experienced the depravity that this ship has for passengers when sailing in the Mediterranean. Msc gives the Middle finger to all the normal passengers that paid a normal price because I tell you I would spend $5000 to not go on a trip with these people.
