This chant can be done by everyone, preferably during the evening sandhya
( around 5:40PM-6:20PM )
Guidelines which help maximize the effect of the chant:
It helps to sit facing east, with an idol, or a photo placed in front, with an organic oil lamp lit in front of it.
You can do a chant of the repetitions of 7, 21, 48, 64, 96 or 108.
If needed you can keep count with a Tulasi or a Sphatika mala.
( you can follow any-one or all of these guidelines based on feasibility ).
