Once the customer wants to return the item, he will need to open a return case, after that you need to ask your supplier for the return address and send it to the buyer for him to send the item back (when a buyer wants to return because he didn't like it) if the item not as described or damaged you need to ask a photo and send it to your supplier, then ask for a return shipping label. This is very misleading For a start the selling fee ain't the final fee.the shipping needs to be added which which the recommended promotions on ebay and competition then its very difficult Secondly the supplers even when you follow the criteria can have inconsistent shipping durations. I've sold alot yes but now all the open cases and questions are filtering through with regards to the item not arriving and it being a week overdue. Ali express customer service is very bad aswell so it ain't as easy as you make it. I'm telling u this from experience. A month selling 158 items and 3 returns and a few item not received cases.

This is a great way to get thrown off eBay and/or get really poor feedback. Don't believe this bullspit. Also, eBay tracks the uploaded shipping information and parses the sent from location. They then flag your account as not being in control of your inventory. Drop shipping is big business, but it's unethical and deceptive.

For the first month do you mean list 10 items a day ? Then second month 20 items a day or 1st month 30 items overall.?

How to handle customer returns when working with Aliexpress?
Once the customer wants to return the item, he will need to open a return case, after that you need to ask your supplier for the return address and send it to the buyer for him to send the item back (when a buyer wants to return because he didn't like it) if the item not as described or damaged you need to ask a photo and send it to your supplier, then ask for a return shipping label.

You will only pay your supplier once you get orders so they can ship them to your buyer. You can use a monitor/lister tool to monitor your store even if you are sleeping.

Everyone can click all over with the tools, but it won't matter if one do not know what shipping to put, what return and what payment. Like if you dropship via AutoDS from Walmart to Ebay, what would the rules be? Or from Amazon to Ebay? Or from AliExpress to Ebay"? That's what is keeping me for going full in :(

I heard ebay has imposed a new rule for sri lankan dropshippers. If we shipping from china we have to choose speed pack shipping service otherwise account will be suspended. Give me an idea regarding this.

Hi, thanks for your question. Longer delivery time won't be a problem, because we are competing with other sellers that are shipping from China as well, and not with local sellers.
This is very misleading
For a start the selling fee ain't the final fee.the shipping needs to be added which which the recommended promotions on ebay and competition then its very difficult
Secondly the supplers even when you follow the criteria can have inconsistent shipping durations. I've sold alot yes but now all the open cases and questions are filtering through with regards to the item not arriving and it being a week overdue. Ali express customer service is very bad aswell so it ain't as easy as you make it. I'm telling u this from experience. A month selling 158 items and 3 returns and a few item not received cases.

This is a great way to get thrown off eBay and/or get really poor feedback. Don't believe this bullspit. Also, eBay tracks the uploaded shipping information and parses the sent from location. They then flag your account as not being in control of your inventory. Drop shipping is big business, but it's unethical and deceptive.

If the handling time has passed and you still don't have the tracking number, it's better to mark it as shipped. Add the tracking number later and also send a message to the buyer with the correct tracking number.
