This ac appears to have some kind of DRM or licencing for activation. This is a terrible idea for consumer. You will be stuck if customer care does not help or refuses to help.

I brought voltas split inverter Ac August 2023 and i spend 42000 rs in 20 days i have facing many problems regarding this product and the customer care says 10 working days the parts will deliver to service centre.
Very bad product I am not happy with this product paise bdi mehnte se kamate h thora customer ki Trf Soch k Chle.. 😠😠😠

What a joke, paise bhi do, phir bhi ac nahi chalti, Hafta bar ke baad voltas install nahi hoti, aur finally install ho gayi to chalti nahi, Koyi code chahiye, mera ek friend ne yeh 12th april ko le li, Meine kaha da ye ghatiya brand hai, phir bhi liya, ab tak uske ghar pe box mein pada hai, koi install karne nahi aya, kahte hai voltas, ki aajkal ye haal hai...lol... Paise barbad mat karo...
Dusare ka fitting ho gayi par chal nahi raha, kahte hai code nahi mil rahi, ek code mila to woh galat nikla, VOltas ko at least paise milne ke baad ye unlock karke bejna chahiye tha.
