The base price for all limited gacha creatures are 2.5k, but some like halaqual have so little demand that they're worth less than 1k. Seradae has very high demand due to it requiring 200 hours worth of time points, which drives up the price.

Yeah events happen and they get obtained again that's why their worth lowers.
Seradae is actually worth a lot more, I sold mine for 9k
Seradae is worth 4K, but people have the tendency to overpay for it because they can hardly find one
