Yes, the second one does and here's why... straight up copy - of close to all - if not all elements in the exact same layout. The almost 1 to 1 copy doesn't happen in layout or color it happens when you're copying everything at once or trying to match everything at once. Hence why the second one looked way too similar. Anyone can use layout, anyone can use color combinations. None of those things are truly unique and can be universally shared but when the elements are being mimic in the EXACT color combinations or layouts then it's too much. You're other options are dope since you tried to spin your own elements and color combinations on em. Dope vid!

Bc more than likely that person that put it up already made their sales and is on their next drop and you just gave people a different route and variant and way to perceive a design as well

This isn’t teaching people to be creative at all. This is why everyone has the same looking designs because nothing is coming from true authentic design languages. I can see getting inspiration from a particular fabric or textiles or even hardware but I guess coming from a graphic designer perspective has nothing to do with actual fashion design at all.

Find a small business that you can actually speak to the owner of.
