This is Malik Sam. in this video i repaired a mini air compressor . Luckily there was Not a big problem . it was just a warshle problem . so i easily solve it .

That's oil mostly used in pistons

I am getting negative pressure
That is when I connect to the tyre it sucks air and deflates the tyre
I tried to interchange wires by actaully cutting and connecting .still snag exists
Reason not known
Pl advise what to check

Check your gauge volve it would lose so that's why it is not making pressure..

I have bergmann tyre inflator (digital) and it shows wrong pressure. My car had 20 psi and it showed 32 psi…how to fix???

Can you run these mini air compressor for an hour or so only to blow air onto something? So no back pressure on the end .

I don't think so this will least for an hour

They only can run up to 10 minutes top, otherwise they will burn out.

Sir, how to know the negative and positive wires, as i have mistaken cut the car connector.

Negative and positive doesn't matter in compressor because motor goes in any direction pump will work straight so you can connect any wire

I heated warshal so it expanded and i used oil which is mostly used in pistons to move up an down easily. It srarted working

Mostly you can find in in bicycle repair shops or in hardware store in our area we can easily find in hardware store

the built quality actually is not too bad...nowadays, the cylinder could even be built by plastic...which is meant not to last for too long.
