The threat against Qazi Sahib is indeed an extreme reflection of the erosion of tolerance in the society. I hope and sincerely pray that Qazi Sahib would be provided required protection by the state even when he has retired.
Such intolerant behavior is however rampant in every walk of life and it has pervaded the corporate sector too (especially public sector) i.e. suppression of all kinds of difference of opinion and independence of thought through coercive actions. E.g; I am aware of a case of a PSE, where a few highly competent senior management officials were declared as pariahs and blocked from serving the institution 5 years back on the basis of an alleged frivolous charge of them lodging a complaint on the PM portal as if it was some kind of a transgression. On the other hand, all requests for independent audits were vehemently blocked. The drama and the harassment continue unabated to this day; probably, just to satisfy the egos of a few individuals and “create examples”. It is only because of such blatant McCarthyistic behaviors and practices that the entire public sector (which was supposed to serve as an engine of progress for the country) is on the ventilator. So, TLPs galore (under various garbs and names, of course) in our society; generally, quite effectively taking care of almost all manifestations of reason, logic, merit, tolerance and professionalism around them. And, replacing them with what? Zard Patton Kaa Bun Jo Mera Dais Hai………………

Please report on balochistan. If tens of thousands of completely defenceless people can have the courage to raise a voice against the unmitigated violence of the army , at the risk of their lives , the lack of reporting by the media is not only cowardice and self interest but complicity.

Although establishment made blunders courts are not acting properly and there is a legal strategy on part of prosecution they will produce evidences in court when cases formally start. Don't criticise this process out of your anti establishment stance. Just like I am also anti establishment. Be pragmatic and unbiased don't look for technicalities to make opinion
