Soldering a charm on a bracelet with a solder gun

Thank you for this video. I have been researching and buying all the stuff I need to learn soldering so I can add my own charms to my antique silver bracelet. The jeweller used to do it for $5/ charm but then he retired. The other jewellers wanted up to $15/charm! I have about a dozen new to me antique charms to add to my bracelet so that cost was not happening. Looking forward to finally being able to wear my bracelet again once the charms are on.

Tammy Spencer is there a specific soldering gun to do this for sterling silver?

The jewellers I spoke to wanted to charge between $15-25 dollars a charm!!!!!!!!! That is more than I paid for the freaking charms!!!!!
