Its a good effort. It should be adopted through out the country. Chinese, Israeli and Indians had converted their deserts in to forest very successfully by adopting scientific approach and methods. China is our friend, she has very successfully converted millions of sq miles deserts in to forest. So we can pursue china for this problem. Time is running very fast. To save Pakistan we should create culture of plantation. In regard Agriculture university tando jam and faisal abad should also come in race. Now a days plantation at large scale is solely a creative and scientific methods. Without the same we cant achieve our targets. Govt should enroll at least 10,000 persons from govt sector who are surplus doing nothing but eating monthly pay from govt exchequers. They should be educated and trained in fields how to create forest in desert. Then slowly results will occur in few month. It is solely a mange mental and scientific job. A large portion of country is desert. Which covers very large area. Forest SUPPORTS NATION economy to large extent. Only 1.6% forest exist in pakistan. Where as nation needs at least 25 %.Govt should work as a wild student to increase forests. In my opinion it should take expertise of riaz malik also. Big deserts like thar, thal and Baluchistan, skardu and gilgit etc exists in our country. Since 47, nothing has been acted to convert these deserts in to forest. Not a single km desert area is converted in to plantation. Why?
