The beauty in this is all the wonderful ways to do 7/8 and as soon as we dance with a person that don’t know this technique will say you did your 7/8 wrong. I love her teaching.

I say this gives spicy flavor to your stepping particular from the ladies! I would suggest a male experience stepping instructor to complement her in illustrations and they work with the group individually. No disrespect to the instructor because l love what she’s teaching. It’s advance but as a stepper she’s taking them to the next level to build on the basics! It’s fluency in motion!
I completely agree! This workshop is basic footwork. Where only one instructor teaches technique. They actually only prefer people to participate and not record. However I recorded so it can be reviewed once I leave to learn the moves. Glad you enjoy it.

The Real Real 'Steplosophy" basics of footwork is done with a six count. Perhaps these recent "newschool" steppers of the 90's and on is at a 8 count. Just saying
No worries! In our area they teach 8 count. It’s ok to develop your own stepping style. 😀
