I really love this montage of various Japanese domestic market Sony Walkman television commercials. Thank you for this incredible gift! If you are intrigued, would it be possible to obtain 1980s Japanese TV commercials for Sony Compact Disc and CD Discman players? P.S. Was it commonplace for 1980s Japanese commercials to depict a lot of European-American characters to illustrate their product usage stories?
I’ve recently been adding more quality vintage portable cassette players and usually I find them well under $100USD and I’m able to repair them and they sound amazing. In the next 25 years these will be worth a LOT more since people are collecting more analog and “stand alone” technology (items that don’t use wi-fi or internet to function). I always look for the units that have as much metal parts as possible since the later ones had more plastic in place or metal. I bought a Pioneer PK-5AW when I was 19 back in 1985 and later added two more to the Pioneer line of walkmans and turns out Pioneer only made 4 types in total, if I’m mistaken, I could use someone’s advice. Thanks.
The American version of The Worlds Smallest Walkman commercial is False Advertisement. Cause is only small when their's no cassette in their. But when you elongate the player in order to put a cassette tape in their, Which they don't show you in the American. it's not the Worlds Smallest Walkman anymore .
then. this is not for full country world. higher versions are japanese. some Europe and others. it used to be like that. now recent are different. there is no false. each country different who can buy. anyway.
