STORY ONE: I was in desperate need of peace

- In 2020, I was between homes and dealing with a bad depression. In the fall of that year, I found this little cottage and moved in. I named it Little Boho Cottage. I’m so very grateful for the peace it has brought me. But before moving in, I embarked on a personal project to help me refocus my mind on positive things. I focused all my heart on nature … and took time every day to film clips that moved my soul. Two years later, and I’m still enjoying that project. So much so, that I’ve decided to make even more films as I’ve fallen in love with the art of capturing the beauty around us.

I'm grateful to God for creating this beautiful universe and all that is in it! All glory to God forever and ever!
I am grateful to God, Nature, rain, trees, cattle, birds, rivers, plants (indoors and outdoors), shelter, music, art, fog, clouds, stars and planets, dogs, cats, animals, the will to create and the will to live.
I just found you. You are so inspiring. One thing that spoke to me, among other things, is your loose attire. To me it represents freedom and relaxation. So many women wear tight fitting clothes. That can't be comfortable. I loved seeing your loose, flowing style. And your sweet, serene face. And the reminder that nature is filled with the life flow of God. My mom had cancer and was given a terminals diagnosis. She didn't die for another 35 years at almost 99. She was very conservative. l was greatly surprised by her source of healing long ago. She drew out the life of God by hugging trees. There is so much life in nature. Seek it out more daily.
You inspire me. I am in a difficult place in my life today and I live in nature but I needed a reminder how lucky I am to have this in my life. And I am going to look outside myself and grasp what nature has to offer. Thank you.

Sometimes we also need human interaction, something to live for, some friends to talk to beyond everything beautiful in nature. I hope you find peace as I also need it very much, I wish for you the same. Infact I will pray for you.

I suggest you watch the channel Bealtaine Cottage, about an Irish lady in a beautiful cottage and lovely natural garden, she has brought me a lot of peace as has this channel.
I too am new to finding her and am so glad I did. Watching her is better than any "mood calming" tools out there. I'm retired, widow for many years, and while I have a good life, I experience lots of loneliness and anxiety and depression in my days and hearing of and seeing all of the chaos and evil don't help me and I do have to step away from the tv often. I get comfort from talking to my God, and am ashamed I get in these funks as I'm so blessed. But watching her on tv is a joy and fills me with good thoughts! What a gift she is to so many of us -

Dear girl, you should be so proud of yourself and how you've created your new life. Sounds like you've gotten some good advice on how to deal with what you've gone through. I've lived in winter weather like you have in old homes with plants. Not sure how your house is heated but if you get plastic window insulation sheeting and put on the inside of them, it really helps with the drafts. You've got to be the best tenant they've had in a long time and would probably help with it. Find the room you keep the warmest and hopefully has decent light. From an 81 yr old lady who enjoyed your video.

I was born in upstate New York& it's beautiful there. I lived most of my life on East Coast,on or by water.I am a water baby. A Cancer(moonchild)& an old hippy 74. I can relate to you.God gives us natural pleasures that we sometimes overlook,or forget. But it comes back& it's a forever fealing of peace& tranquility. Your channel showed up in my feed for the first time today. We are on the same page about so many things (except for the filming aspect). I live on a rural fixer-upper property I was able to purchase outright in 2017 and have been steadily making it mine ever since. I too play the piano, usually every day. I am grateful for just being able to be at peace with myself here in the woods of western Washington state and some weeks I see more deer than I do people!

My cousin had moved into a stone cottage in upstate New York that she worked very hard to make livable. She's passed now, and I wish I had appreciated her efforts more. I crave PEACE! I do not have that and haven't for a long time now. Your video is beautiful and so is your home. I don't envy anyone but would love to be at peace in my old age. I'm in my mid 60's and my life is a mess. To see your beautiful flowers and peacefulness has given me hope. Thank you!

Make your desires and needs a great focus daily. Post affirmations on the wall and speak them over your life daily. If we don't see them daily, we don't run with them as greatly as we need to. Focus and creating with your words will draw it. Love and blessings to you. I agree for that. 😁♥️🌅
i hope you find your peace. I too, am in my mid 60’s and lost my partner in 2020 and the bottom fell out of my world. I was them diagnosed with Parkinsons. i live alone now and can’t really relax. its lonely sometimes but I turned to the church and have found comfort in Christian literature especially the books of Max Lucado, a brilliant man. I live in Wales UK in a small bungalow with a woodland garden so am very lucky. I sincerely hope that happiness and joy will enter your life soon. I relate to your comment. That's how I felt a while ago too before I just decided to give myself to the Lord Jesus and let Him take the reins. He will give you peace if you want it- He is the Prince of peace and gives you a peace the world cannot offer you. He will also help get your life in order, might take some time- but He will do it! He's definitely been helping me and I'm forever grateful! He's a great Savior and Lord! 💗💗💗🙏

I live in a tiny log cabin and I always say fall and winter are my favorites- living in upstate NY( which I know sounds crazy)- but I also so miss my garden. I am grateful for the space to roam and putter, hang my clothes on the line and relax in the sun. But, I love the change of the seasons, a fire inside, warming drinks and coziness. Thank you for sharing! I am glad you found your peace 🍵 I also find many uses for a good vintage curtain! I recently took down the ripped screens on our screened in porch and replaced them all with lace curtains- it works out amazingly!
