Class stuff Giorgio very informative - what’s your opinion on Armenia now days? (1years since your last review). I was there on the hunt for some deals the other month. Cheers
@@saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375 Beautiful place to visit, thanks! & Yes I thought the same, but I must say, it seems the economy is doing very well there and with this new Citizenship by investment programme they have, I'm not so sure the price will come back down. Cheers!
@@NS-kc8hb Many thanks for getting back to me on this. The Citizenship by Investment program is definitely a plus.I think it also depends on the situation in Russia and whether more Russians will go and live in Yerevan. My concerns though are that salaries are very low and local affordability is becoming a real issue.
Great video as always! Please make a new one about Dubai. The government is planning a lot of development and more people are coming to the UAE fleeing high taxes. Interesting whether your perspective on property investment has change since last videos you made about this city
I love your Azore reviews! Keep them coming!
Many thanks for your positive feedback
Very affordable properties to live in the paradise of the Azores. Love all the natural wood on the walls and ceiling in the last house you showed.
Mike I think all these properties are really good value for money especially when you consider the sea views.
FYI first house is in the Conselho of Ponta Delgada and in actuality is 35 minutes from the city centre. Cheers! Love your positivity!!
Many thanks for your feedback.
Good video. Do you also have a video where you summarise your best findings of places to buy property?
Many thanks. I will be doing a video on the best places to buy property very soon.
@@saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375 looking forward to it

Many thanks NS. Prices seemed a little high when I last looked but I need to do more of a deep dive analysis. How did you get on?

Good question. I just got a message from Yerevan estate agency today but it seems like t might cost more than Romania.

@@roxythefoxsayfurismurderan3187 More than Romania. Are you comparing Yerevan with Bucharest?
