Hahaha dude...Kirk is the man. I've never heard or seen this particular live version and Kirk's solo is DAMN NEAR not for note to the original LP recording version. I Love it!
@@andyk2607 one of the greatest yes. But every live performance people trashy to all I see is people trashy the newer stuff like the ‘89 performance is the only thing that should be watched. @@philipflores2515 Mexico 09 is fantastic and amazing quality, no doubt. But in saying that 89 is way more aggressive, intense and captures a moment in time that was them at their prime. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve requested lots of other channels react to the Mexico 09 show especially fight fire with fire and disposable heroes
Great to see that u keep posting new Metallica reaction videos! It's a hell of a world!! This song in particular is a banger, I recommend you the 1992 version in San Diego, if this blow your head....prepare for that one. Cheers!!
ThanK you For the Early Reactions Guys ! Eheh many Concerts in Cleveland ! Metallica did the History of Trash Metal . 4'05" I listened some parts of some songs of some Boy Bands ahahah like BackStreet Boys and I have also a Cd or a music video by them (if i hadn't lost) and over all Take That from whom came out Robbie Williams and the Great Other Pianist Blond of Hair i Forget the Name . Strictly teen years . Travis you know that in the Early Days like Nowadays Metallica pay an infinite tribute to Maiden . They have anyway their own trademark eheh . You can listen some contaminations in riffs arpeggios solos
You are from Cleveland? I was part of the first thrash metal band called Destructor. In the early 80s. Original bass player. Paul Warhead. unless I misunderstood you. I think you said you're from Cleveland. But if you're not. Cleveland is responsible for getting RUSH started out on the radio way back. Most bands have a special place for Cleveland and our rock fans. Kiss always did 2 nights. Rush eventually did 2 etc.. back in the day? Cleveland was a awesome place to play!
Hi guys I think I told you in the request that it was at the Quicken Loans Arena also known as the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse where the Cleveland Cavaliers play in the NBA.
Great reaction. I really wish you would react to the Drum Battle from a Godsmack concert. There are some great ones out on youtube. It will knock your socks off
Could you guys react to the band Waking the Sleeper? They’re a female fronted band from around my area, I think they released a music video a little bit ago. It’s called Rat in a Cage.
I dont get why they react to their recent live performances dont get me wrong i still love them but if you wanna see them at their absolute best go check out any of their performances from the 80s up until early 90s
Hey guys, ya'll need to react to VITAL REMAINS- DECHRISTIANIZE. I wanna see what ya'll think. It'll be interesting if you think amon Amarth vocals are heavy. Thank ya'll, keep up the good work!
the black album aged well. I was one of those kids who called them sellouts for doing this album following Justice. But this album does rock . But for me Slayer is above all except Maiden and I was really into death metal when the black album came out. But I cant stand enter sandman everything else is awesome on it
@@m.f.culler9012 LOL It's scary how long it's been tho. Time flies.. I was into ice cream and popcorn when the Black Album came out and it turned me into a little metalhead instantly. Good old days..
God... Lars tempo notion is so fucked, I feel like the song is being sped up, slowed down, sped up again, slowed down again... every drum fill is done on a different BPM. I love Metallica, I basically binged the Black Album until I memorized all lyrics as a pre-teen. I then delved into their past and listened to everything. But Lars fucks them live man. If I was there in this show I am sure I'd be just jamming and enjoying. But sitting here at home and listening it is impossible for me not to care about this.
@@UltraViolent21 The fact that the band just gets used to the tempo changes and coordinates with it on the fly speaks for their skill, but not in favor of Lars.
@@justatallguy Why not? It makes it interesting. My drummer used to be the same way. We never used a click track. We just letter the music happen. And we were always in sync.
@@UltraViolent21 I've been in bands too, and I know what it feels like to play with a drummer that does this. And once in a while, it's fine, and I was also able to follow it and "catch up" or "slow down". For the untrained ear, you can't really notice. But this is Metallica, I wish he tried a little harder. Maybe I am just spoiled by drummers from other bands that do this flawlessly live.
40 years later still the best!!
no doubt
Hahaha dude...Kirk is the man. I've never heard or seen this particular live version and Kirk's solo is DAMN NEAR not for note to the original LP recording version. I Love it!
