We work on a method called the 1-page business plan. I hope this helps.

Not even Rwandans in the diaspora, who are desperate to invest back home, are trusting the leadership there. You are fine In Rwanda if you are a foreigner and willing to close your eyes to the injustices happening there and for as long as the top bosses think you are not causing them any trouble. You will struggle to find local creativity simply because there is no freedom of expression.

That can't happen without the help of the Cameroon diaspora. Its not about convinience. Look at eastern Nigeria that almost went into war again.
