I accomodate the push related shoulder exercises on Push day (with Chest and Triceps), and pull related shoulder exercises on Pull day (with Back and Biceps)

Lots on the lats. No shoulders or the ultimate side lats or traps. You have a great athletic physique with nice shoulders and traps. You should have them in your video. To much emphasis on some and not enough on others.

@@komaddog why would you separate shoulders (front and side delts) from chest and triceps? Unless you are on a four day program like chest-biceps, back-rear delts, legs, delts-triceps, which is what Dorian Yates used to do, why you would do chest with triceps but not include delts also??

@@juliogaleano2063you are already hitting front delts with any pressing movement. All you need is a later raise.
FYI you can switch out the extra leg day because there is 2, for arm day and you would start spamming shoulders and hit forearms

Wide grip on bench presses hits the chest more than neutral/narrow

3 day split is not enough for optimize muscle growth. Mabey for beginners but not for a person that have lifted weights for several years.

Shoulders go better with chest and triceps as a push workout.
