Don’t forget about the hgv lay-by there is more rubbish thrown into the bushes or down the embankment and just left there to rot and making a stink. Not suggesting all hgv drivers throwing rubbish out

Looks wonderful now for the questions that make and break technology. Are you able to arrange to use contra flow when picking up serial sweeps on the same section on motorway? The litter is shown in its own attached trailer. How far is the industrial disposal point because the grass makes it industrial waste. Presumably the unit will comprise Picker, two trailers and a towing tractor. Can the council’s road organisation’s meet that cost? The financial killer on much of this is the distance to the industrial waste site and the cost of the transport and disposal certificate/license.
