All the stories and fur babies were great but Simba the Burmese Kitty reminded me of something my Vet said about one of our cats during his annual check up. She told me that he was looking great but that his examination was shortened a bit because he had “Run Out Of Kitty Minutes”. Dr. Alex opted to not get to that point with Simba and it was obviously better for all that he be asleep during the tests. Another great job!

Next time you find something like that ring around a bid's leg, you may want to invest in a pair of snap ring pliers. they are specifically made to remove things like that.
@@mychatpalace I know this, but when they are too small and get too tight, you need the right tool to remove them. Normal pliers can flex the band into the bird's leg and cutters chance cutting the bird, where snap ring pliers expand the ring in a way that won't hurt the bird.
I literally rescued an injured racing pigeon that had exactly the same problem, it had a metal ring that was so tight, it stopped circulation of the blood and damaged the nerves so it could only stand on one leg. I got it off with a friend with pliers. It's good to see the cockatoo in the show was fine after his was removed.
I love Goldies, but a friend lost two to cancer and now this baby possibly with Addison’s disease. Poor baby. The poor kitty looks like my O’Mally who was allergic to fleas. He would literally chew himself till he would bleed. Simba is beautiful.
