Bro pls i want to ask you a question. When you come to poland on an employment visa, is it allowed if you apply for a TRC immediately and if yes, how long can it take for the TRC to come out.

I would add a comment about the taxis. So Uber and Bolt are good (it works a bit differently than in India ; uber and bolt are seen as a driver service and not licensed taxi in Poland but they are super practical)
But in case you don't have internet and you need a Taxi - NEVER go in a taxi where the driver himself is coming up inside the airport and proposing you to go with him/heckling you. This guy is a private taxi driver and not aligned to any corporate company so he is not controlled and might be super expensive for no reason and even try to cheat you by taking longest routes ; trying to take advantage of you because you are a foreigner.
But you can still get a proper and fair taxi without much problem!
So generally at every airport, outside the building, just near the exits you should have specially designated zones for officially partnered taxi companies to the airport, and there would be a taxi manager telling people in the queue in which taxi to get into and he will have a visible taxi company logo and would have a radio to get in touch with the taxi drivers etc. Taxi is a bit expensive but through this service you are sure it is honest and professional and you will not pay many times the price. The professional taxis will generally also have a bit higher standard cars than uber if you value comfort.
Generally all good taxis will be corporate with a huge logo visible on the side and on top of the car.
The biggest companies in Warsaw for example are EleTaxi or SawaTaxi

For english speaking services for overall Poland you have www.rentflatpoland.com
But generally you will have websites focused on the city you would be targetting.

You should try to improve yourself. Go to gym and get tattoos, you need to look the best because there is a very high competition for Polish girls. And try to improve your accent and dressing sense, use contact lens. I am 6 foot have abs and tattoos all over my body, I speak british accent and I have no problem getting tons of matches from Polish girls and many other girls from different European nationality
