How long does your consumable last? I was thinking on getting the prime weld 60. I have the razor45 now.

I'm getting between 450-500 pierces between changes on the tip and electrode, that's with mildly treated air. Your air quality will affect consumable life more than anything else. I have an air dryer build coming soon so stay tuned!
