Hey Lorenzo, thanks for watching. We went 3 times on this excursion and they never weighed us any of those times so you should be OK. If they change their policy and bring a scale out it could be bad, but I have never seen them do it and never heard of them doing it. I think they have this rule due to the sizes of wet suits available more than anything. You will love this excursion! Very informative video! Would you recommend this video for a 5 year old? I’m a bit nervous about my daughter navigating the pathways and her in deep water (even though they provide life vests). Thanks!
Hello, thanks for watching. It's hard to say with kids that young. I would have loved it at 5, but some kids would freak out in the dark or deep water. If you are not 100% sure they can handle it I would wait a couple more years. It is totally safe but it is very different surroundings than most people experience every day. I hope this helps. Are glasses allowed? Did you feel the lockers were secure? Were you allowed to have a lanyard with your credit card etc in it so you don't have to leave it in the locker? How much did pictures cost? Were the pictures printed or digital?
Hey Eugene 👋, thanks for watching. Glasses were allowed but no jewelry. Pictures were all digital I don't remember how much they cost now. I think the locker had a key then on a band I kept on my wrist. It has been a few years ago (before covid) so things may have changed some since then.

Why do you call this the Secret River of Cozumel when it is not located in Cozumel? It is located on the mainland. This is very deceptive, especially for people looking for things to do on the island, rather than taking hours worth of transportation back off the island.
