खटाई या टमाटर
सरसों का तेल दो चम्मच

ईश सब्जी मे खटाइ डालनी ही डालनी होती है,क्यो कि ये गले मे कोकियाती है जो खुजली कि तरह होती है गले का बुरा हाल कर देती है,इसलिये आपको बताना बहुत जरुरी था,मगर आप सिर्फ बोली कि खटाइ डालेंगे तो बहुत अच्छाँ लगेगा,ये नही कहाँ के खटाइ डालना अनीवार्य है नही तो गले मे लगती है😡
