    Solid tip, bad rejectory is so common and dont understand why using that at all for BFS especally for distance or jigging and hooking. But everone has his own cup of thea and they never change it. One thing is for sure you like what you doing. Got the Aldebaran Bfs xg Poison Adrene Bfs and more then enough, fishing is a learning game too, think out and above the box. Excample cast 20 till 30 yards plus easy with 3.5 gram/1/4 onz on 1.95 cm
    rod if distance is needed. Otherwise flick of the pols small waters solid tip will do the job, but why break up a rod in piece with top weight on the top-end and grazy wobble rejectory it really rings no bell but in small streams less issues. Best rods are hollow and 1 piece/ blank for the best performing but depending what you want to do with it and also line you using.

    • @rawrfishing
      @rawrfishing  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh yeah man! I think I have been bass influenced. Therefore I tend to lean on stiffer rods. This is more of an ajing style rod, but as u can see, I and many others like using it. Now that won't stop me from trying a few other rods. I plan on trying more rods for trout for fall. Any you would like to recommend for me? Was thinking the tsurinoya elf rods. Those seems to bend/flex more

      Dobyns sierra hear good reviews over it and polish brand Dragon rods toray/ nano I have mijself very sensitiv and good build and not so expensiv maybe you can take a look those. About Shimano I think its to stiff for youre kind of fishing like Expride Zodias Adrena great for Trout Redfish and light inshore fishing. Royal spirit from Ali cheap medium fast but nice no solid tip for starters and for in the back of your car and works really fine and good rejectory. If you want to know more its fine to mix idea's now BFS getting more populair 👍🐟👍

      Here we have a differend kind of fishing most on Perch Zander and Pike no naturel Troutrivers, so fish with braid and luv this microguides less weigt while casting and flex the blank so more accurated. Love the way of UL BFS fishing or dropshot on the baitcaster. For me is distance important so use bit of stiffer rod and Pioson Adrena BFS set jighooks perfect, also can hook Zander or Pike that will be fun and triggy 🤪 use Tatula tw sv 103 wunderfull reel 5kg dragg and cast 3 gram easy or less ain't no BFS reel but does the job, pretty amazing on stock bearings and spool luv this no issue baitcaster didn't espected when I buy it. Use the Aldebaran XG on the lighter rods. Got this fever also m8, but need no medicine fix it buying ones in awhile new lures 🤩

    Ciao amico, scusa ma non conosco l inglese...! Com'è questo mulinello da bfs? Lo consigli? C'è molta differenza dagli spiritfox tsurinoya bfs, e il kastking zephyr? Help!!

    • @rawrfishing
      @rawrfishing  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This Reel is technically better than both Spiritfox and Zephyr in all aspects but the spool weight. Even tho that is the case, they cast very similarly on how low the weights can go. But I am pretty confident that there WILL be aftermarket shallow spools that will be lighter than the stock curado spool. I would take this any day over the other two reels!

      Woah... don't call me Mr rawr lol.. jimbo will do!

    • @davidohlert4754
      @davidohlert4754 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @rawrfishing
      @rawrfishing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      oh gotcha! u want lighter reels. I guess the alphas air or aldebaran bfs would be lighter than the curado. i do agree the curado was a bit heavy... but zephyr isn't that much further to be honest. people like the sturdier alum frame on the curado.. but i am happy with zephyr as it's light as heck. what you can do is swap out some materials! like reel handle to reduce weight. i am sure whenever the spool comes into the market, it would reduce some weight for sure.

    @djgruv 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Do you like the Curado or the Kastking Zephyr more for bfs?

    • @rawrfishing
      @rawrfishing  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I like them both for specific reasons and techniques. Zephyr is affordable and easily available where as curado have a better braking system, but no where to be found. Zephyr got a lighter spool meaning it can cast lighter lures, but bearings needs to be swapped unlike the curado. Hope that helps 🙏
