    People, she was eating multiple times but she's doing a wonderful job at portion control.
    1/2 thepla + 1 egg anda bhurji + Coffee
    2 small nachni roti with chicken curry and rajma curry + salad
    Fruits + Dey Fruits
    Chole curry with Pav + corn flakes and boiled egg.
    On the whole, she is having more protein in each meal and is including fruits and veggies at every instance. Carbs are all whole grains or millets and sweet tooth cravings are met through fruits, nuts and corn flakes.
    This schedule and quality of food on its own is an amazing feat to achieve.

    Yei chavvi you are eating an early dinner like an American 🤗 I am a south Indian and my husband is an American and when I came to see him in the US the first time (when he was my boyfriend) I was so shocked at how early he and his family ate dinner. Usually by 5.30 they have dinner. Looking at your what I eat in a day reminded me of that. Btw love your vlogs and I can't seem to get enough of it.     I am “breast cancer survivor”..
    Finished my radiations in the month of November-22, staying in USA
    Really u r an amazing & inspirational person 👏👏

      There’s no reason for cancer n there are many reasons for cancer. I use food Grade plastic n nothing in my house is microwaved in plastics.

      Truly said chavi ji.. Even people with best of lifestyle have got cancer.. Cancer happens at cellular level of course good hygiene and maintaining well lifestyle is a part of of it but it won't guarantee anything.
